Great power, compact and built well. Except the 3/4 hex holder. The bits come out way too easily and I am using Milwaukee shockwave bits. Not cool for a top of the line impact driver. None of my other impacts have this problem and they here less money.

I use this product mostly for garage door installs. Great for lag screws of different sizes. Originally purchased for the self tapping screw setting. But does not work as advertised. When using self tapping screw seeing, driver seems to pause multiple times before screw is fully seated. Each time you have too releases trigger and re engage. Just not what i was expecting

Great driving power, great tool. The only silly mistake your engineers made was the collar design to spoil users. It only has one ball bearing instead of two. The solution will be to make a recall and fix it. It us sad, sorry but thousand of users think the same.
