The M18 FORCE LOGIC 750 MCM Dieless Crimper is the Simplest Way to Crimp. This crimper utilizes an industry-first technology called Auto Distance Control to produce cULus Classified connections under UL 486A-B for #6 – 750 MCM Cu and Dual Rated connectors for 7 major manufacturers (Anderson, Blackburn Burndy, Ilsco, Panduit, Penn-Union and Thomas and Betts). Auto Distance Control enables the tool to sense the instant it contacts the connector delivering optimal compression with a single crimp across the entire capacity range. Controlling compression by distance also provides uniform crimp appearance across all sizes for easy installation in tight panels. The lightest crimper in its capacity range, an in-line design and a 180° rotating head delivers the easiest alignment. The fully enclosed high speed hydraulic pump provides the fastest dieless connections while delivering up to 90° crimps per charge on an CP2.0 battery. With Milwaukee ONE-KEY Technology, Milwaukee Crimpers enable you to store real time crimp data, generate professional reports, view historical tool performance data and sync it all wirelessly to the cloud for easy access. Yet another high quality mega heavy duty tool from the #1 tool maker anywhere. Although this crimper is relatively heavy it makes a lot of jobs really easy and fast. The head swivels to allow you to get just the right angle and the top clamp opens for easy access to the cable you need to get to. This kit comes with two 2.0 batteries so you can crimp up to 180 cables. Heavy duty case and quick charger complete the kit. The price may seem to be up there, and it is but the time you’ll save and amount of work you’ll complete makes it worth it for any electrical company, big or small.

I definitely prefer this tool over 4 sided crimpers. Simplicity at it’s best. The tool senses when it contacts the fitting and applies the appropriate force and travel. USE THE FITTINGS RECOMMENDED. they are common brands. Every crimp was perfect. I definitely have confidence in this tool. No more second guessing myself on crimp pressure. You can also link it to your phone and print reports that a proper crimp was completed. I know that may sound like a gimmick to some, but my inspectors like it. Highly recommend!!!
