The Milwaukee M18 Cable Stripper Kit for Cu RHW/RHH/USE vastly improves the cable stripping experience. With no exposed blades, the cordless cable stripper provides safer stripping than with a knife. The cable strippers compact, right-angle design enables users to maneuver it more easily in tight spaces with less strain on the wrist. The bushing design and adjustable depth gauge deliver cleaner, more accurate and consistent strips across all sizes. The cable jacket stripping tool is not only compatible with all Milwaukee bushings but is also compatible with competitive quick-change bushings. In addition to the battery-powered stripper, this kit contains 8 bushings for copper RHW, RHH and USE cables, 1 M18 Compact REDLITHIUM battery, an M18 and M18 Multi-Voltage Charger and a carrying case.

No exposed blades, easier and safer that stripping insulation with a knife, 2. The cable stripper’s compact, right-angle design allows you to maneuver it more easily in tight spaces with less strain on the wrist, 3. The bushing design and adjustable depth gauge deliver cleaner, more accurate and consistent strips across all sizes, 4. The cable jacket stripping tool is not only compatible with all Milwaukee bushings but is also compatible with competitive quick-change bushings, 5. The depth gauge is adjustable up to 3”, which is enough for long barrel lugs and splices, 6. The cutting edge on the bushing is set to prevent nicks in the cable, 7. Ability to strip cable in a panel or switch gear, 8. Strips 1/0 to 500 MCM Copper RHW / RHH / USE cables and will also strip THHN / XHHW cables from 1/0 to 750 MCM if additional bushing as purchased, 9. The tool is variable speed for more controlled stripping…This cable stripper is extremely easy to use, install the correct bushing, adjust the depth gauge, insert the cable, activate the tool…I tested this tool on USE it performed as indicated, intended and expected without any problems…This tool would benefit any electrician from residential to industrial environment…My only negative comment is this tool does not strip conductors smaller than 1/0…Most electricians strip far more conductors ranging from 6 AWG to 1 AWG for branch circuits and panel feeders than strip 500 MCM for service entrance, switch gear feeders or transformer feeders…Milwaukee needs to expand the capacity of these M18 Cable Strippers…

This Milwaukee Cordless Stripper Kit is great. It is a time saver, prevents hand cuts and always precise length of stripped wire. Capable, heavy duty and thoughtfully designed with Milwaukee’s reliably quality. This is a really nice durable wire/cable stripping tool. It is just the right weight and comes with a hard-sided carrying case. Milwaukee has done it again with a great tool in their line of products.

Probably one of the biggest time savers on the job. Brought this to the job site and just about all the job electricians were stumbling over themselves to use it. Great reviews from the crew on form, fit and function. Battery life was great with accurate measurement of strip length with no extra trimming needed after operation. Nice usual Milwaukee quality blow molded case is sturdy and very stackable with the other Milwaukee M18 tools we use. Highly recommend for those doing heavy mains electrical service.
