Powerful wonderful for the quick little jobs where you just have to cut this little piece or grind this little spot. You can just do the job and move on without having to pull out extension cords then go through the hassle of having to put it all away. Not used to the brake don’t know how much power it takes and if it is worth it to save the time.

I purchased this to grind brackets off a truck axle. The grinder feels well built and works well when it’s working. I did find however that the batteries would stop working after 3-5 minutes of steady use. Lights on the batteries would start blinking and no longer work. I purchased three 5.0 batteries at the same time and they all did they same thing. After letting them sit for an hour or so they would start working again, but would only have 1-2 bars of power left. I realize this tool uses a lot of amperage, but I was very disappointed in the run time. I expected more out of a top dollar Milwaukee. I had to go buy a corded grinder to finish the job.

Works great, has a lot of power but you need to use a 6.0 or bigger battery it uses a lot of power, the only thing I am not real thrilled about is the nut that holds the grinder disk on, it is hard to grab you can’t just grab the disk like you do on most grinders and spin the nut off

This 6″ angle grinder is great. I have gotten a fair share of use out of it over the past month I have owned it. It has plenty of power, it has not stalled yet even when I have been using it for heavy stock removal. The battery life isn’t what I was hoping it to be with an 8ah battery, but it is a cordless grinder. There are two things I would change about it. One would be adding a hole to the top of the gearbox so that the handle could be threaded on there, I had a grinder that had 3 handle locations once and it was a game-changer for me. The next would be upping the rpms, it seems to me that this grinder spins a noticeably slower than other 6 inch 120v grinders I have used.

I use this grinder to cut bolts and for metal fab work. It has lots of power and the 6 inch cutoff wheels last much longer than a 4 1/2 inch cut wheel. The braking feature is alot safer than the old design. If you are looking for a grinder this is the best choice.

Amazing i run a welding business and i use it everyday now go to grinder for small stuff , cuts quickly (faster than a makita 6”grinder) and for battery life well with a 9.0 you can cut 4 5×5 by a 1/4 square tube with a battery .. if you cut small stuff this will last for a very long time i am impressed with this tool and everybody who tryed it said they should buy one
