Hammer Drill/Driver delivers the most power in its class while maintaining a compact size with a longer run-time. The built-in REDLINK Technology and REDLITHIUM batteries provide users with efficient power delivery and longer battery life. The brushless drill’ has a 7 in. long body and weighs just 4.6 lb. with an XC4.0 battery. Its small and light build provides users with excellent control in overhead and tight spaces. The M18 Brushless 7-1/4 in. Circular Saw delivers up to 40% more power than circular saws with brushed motors while giving users up to 30% more run-time. This Brushless Circular Saw delivers 5,000 RPM for smooth cutting, and at only 9.0 lbs, it is lighter than most corded saws. I had this combo twice. First time I unboxed it and the drill was damaged right out of the box from store. Second time all seemed well. Used both tools for a couple months…but never did put the drill in hammer mode til today while drilling Small holes into concrete like it was built for. When I did all the gears inside stripped. Circular saw was very powerful and lasted a long time on a charge. I built a big walkout deck and framed a house with it. Rather than exchanging under 90 day warranty and getting a 3rd set I went with the brand I trust most. Dewalt.

I’m very satisfied with the cordless hammer drill and circular saw combo. The drill packs a lot of power for a small unit. The saw has a 7 1/4 inch saw blade which makes it more versatile than the 6 inch cordless saws in other combo kits. The saw is a bit weaker than a plug in version, but its convenience makes up for that.
