I use this impact wrench on plumbing flange fittings that need up to 90lbs of torque or more works like a champ and has not let me down yet and battery life was impressive for a 5.0 i was able to fasten over many hours with out loss of torque

Hands down the most powerful, reliable, portable impact on the market in its class. 10 stars for me

Great drill stronger than you’ll ever need for car work but it’ll break any rusted bolt free and tighten lugs better than the 400ft lb 3/8 drive great tool

Wow, I don’t need to break out the air compressor anymore as this cordless M18 Fuel Impact not only handles lug nuts with ease, steering knuckles/wheel bearings using the OTC Hub Grappler or Astro Pneumatic Hub kit, lower ball joints, control arms bolts/nuts. So long air tools.

Better than snap on 1/2inch impact

This thing has a lot of power, there isn’t a way around it. It has much more torque than anything that I have used it for, whether it be removing a bucket blade on a loader, or taking off the lugs on a loader. This is not the impact that you would want to use for rotating car tire lugs, however. It is pretty heavy because of the motor and the toughness of it, and it has so much power that if you are not careful, it can break your tire assembly. If you want one that would be great for taking off tires and rotating them, I would recommend the Milwaukee M12 stubby impact wrench or the new Milwaukee M18 compact impact wrench. This is a very powerful impact wrench, it should be able to do anything you throw at it, just don’t underestimate its power!

The battery powered Milwaukee tools met my expectation, they are well built. They have much more torque than my last Dewalt tools. I have used them all on different projects and look forward to a lot more usage in the future

Tons of power and a third of the price compared to snap on… wish it was a little lighter in weight

I used this impact wrench to change the rotors and pads on my Ford F250. I used a battery that was half charged and the tool had plenty of power. It would not fit in between thee top bold ans strut but broke the flex socket so I just used a box wrench on that.

My previous tool set was an aging 18v Black & Decker Firestorm set. I debated on Makita and Milwaukee, I researched by watching many many youtube videos and the overall winner would usually be Team Red. However, Makita’s 36v tools are a great concept and in hindsight I think that is really what was edging it over Milwaukee. Makita prices are usually 10-15% cheaper per tool, w/3yr warranty, and just as good. So if you’re on the fence, I would go with Milwaukee, and let me explain. Unless you’re going to be using tools in the Makita 36v tools, then you should clearly go with Makita. If you’ll be using 18v tools then its Milwaukee all the way. Home Depot had the best combo kit price and the shipping time wasn’t horrible considering the on-going 2020 pandemic. This kit ships in 2 boxes, one box clearly has all the tools in it, and the other the rocket light. The tool bags are nice, and seem to be holding up to light DIY use, I can see the zippers might not make the long haul for a pro-contractor. I store them with the bags open, why open and close them all the time…The impact driver is extremely powerful, I use it on setting 2. Setting 3 would sink the deck screws too far. The auto setting is handy and used it on a few screws to test it out. The hammer drill has lots of power and speed for drilling, but it seemed to be the bigger battery hog compared to the impact driver. I had to drill 7/16″ pilot holes in oak, and it used 2 bars on a HO XC 6.0, where the impact driver used 1 on the same model battery. I haven’t used the impact wrench yet but it seems to be beefy enough for tire changes. Sawzall worked well, felt a bit heavy, but was able to easily cut down a small tree in my backyard. Circular saw has been super handy!! Cuts 3/4″ ply like its a hot knife through butter with the included blade. I had to make a 45* cut and adjustment was simple, easy, and worked well. Used the grinder to shave down a dirt bike kickstand plate. Took me about 10mins or so, and never registered a bar on the HO XC 6.0 battery. Loads of speed and power and never really noticed it bogging down under medium pressure. Rocket LED light, I tested it in my under lit garage and will super handy. It will be great for camping or doing stuff out in the yard at night. Seems to be sturdy for light use, and 1 warning, there are a lot of pinch points on this. I would not let kids use this without some training. The LED flashlight is ok, I tested it, and my LED maglight has more lumen, but its not adjustable as this one is. The 5.0 batteries are great for any DIY and might be all you need. I purchased a pair of HO XC 6.0 batteries knowing I was getting the string trimmer and hedge trimmer (already posted my reviews). Overall this kit is beyond what any DIY’er would ever need. Its highly recommended, and you will not regret this purchase. You might experience sticker shock until you start using the tools and you’ll not regret it.
