This item works very well. I think it should have been included in the M18 Fuel 18-Volt Brushless Lithium-Ion 3/8 in. Impact Wrench. There is even a spot in the case for it to fit. It is not stocked at Home Depot. I had to order online.

Have only had it for about a week but so far is meets my expectations for something from Milwaukee. I’m using it with the M18 Fuel Impact Wrench like several other reviewers. It just makes the tool so much more versatile. Now I can install or remove lag screws and work with various smaller hardware with the same tool although I am considering adding to my first Milwaukee tool collection. I don’t do much or any automotive work anymore but it woud be great on the Impact Wrench doing that kind of work. Should have probably done this years ago. Other accessories I have from Milwaukee have met or exceeded my expectations. With the selection of four torque settings on the Impact Wrench, this tool now works well as a drill driver.
