In my experience the performance of Milwaukee batteries matches or exceeds most other brands. Compared to other brands I like these batteries because of the rubber bottoms that dont slide around. The locking/release mechanism is also very robust. The charge level meter is also nice to have for checking battery status.

I use this battery to run my 1/2 high torque impact wrench. It lasts forever and gives it plenty of power but I’m guessing from all of the vibration it decided to crack the screws that hold it together. Surprisingly the battery still works but I have to have it duck taped together. That is what all of that gray stuff is on the side. My question to Milwaukee is have they done anything to prevent this from happening again.
