Extend your drilling reach in tight spaces with the Milwaukee 3/4 in. x 72 in. Cable Bit. This handy device facilitates precise drilling behind a wall for wiring projects involving audio, telephone, cable TV, security and computer system setups. The multi-piece bit is constructed with an ultra-long flexible steel shaft with a small hole at each end that allows you to string a wire after drilling.

Good to have when doing wiring in old houses. I found its best to use a 1/2 drill with minimal pressure- let the bit do the work. My 3/8 battery drill wasn’t up for the challenge. Also watch your depth, as you can definitely end up with holes where you don’t want them.
