I have used the straight shank carbide bits from Milwaukee and these SDS shanked versions work as well. For the 1/2 inch size I would prefer their four cutter bit, but the set as a whole is great

Milwaukee tools are the greatest! These bits are fantastic. I am not sure what I am going to do with all of them, but I use some of them for drilling into concrete to set anchors or secure Tapcon screws. These bits last an incredibly long time and so I am confident I am not going to need to replace them very often like some other brands. They work ideally in my rotary hammer and I suggest them!

Great tool for DIY projects. I recently used drilling in a concrete wall and it has a good performance. The only issue is that the 3/16 drill bit is a bit short.

Milwaukee brand tools have always been known for high quality and durability. These bits are no exception. They are strong, build well and will last a long time. I am installing an outdoor shower and a 8 ft x 30 ft. cover over my pool decking. These bits went through the pebble walk like a hot knife through butter. I drilled a total of 16 holes with the 5/16″ bit and 5 with the 1/2″ bit. They performed great and did not slow down from the first to the last hole. I like that it comes with a storage case also. I can’t tell you the amount of time I have spent looking for different sized bits in my toolbox. Now they are all together and easy to find!

I have a set of the Milwaukee carbide Hammer Drill bits for my regular Milwaukee (18volt) drill and liked them so much I picked up a set for my SDS-Plus Hammer Drill. Goes into concrete like soft butter. I absolutely love Milwaukee tools and have for as long as I can remember. While my SDS drill is a lot of drill for these bits, its nice having them in the bag when you need them. And when I have a lot of holes to drill, The SDS makes sense. I love the fact that these come in their own storage case. Saves me from digging around at the bottom of the bag looking for the right sized bit.

I used this bits recently for some work in my basement; hanging shelves, a work bench and a few new electric outlets. I used the 3/16″ bit for my work and it did a solid job. I drilled into brick and block but did hit a rebar when drilling a hole in the basement floor slab. The bit worked through it and did not bend or break. Glad I have these bits.

Cuts right through rock and some with ease

These drill bits are nice and heavy-duty, I have no doubt that they will last far longer than other ones I’ve worked with. Even the 1/4″ one is much more stiff and strong than other bits I’ve used. I particularly like the shape of the shaft where it is held by the chuck…it is not likely to slip/loosen at all, making this perfect for more challenging applications, such as drilling into brick, concrete, or other very hard surfaces.

this kit is good for both my m12 and m18 sds hammer drills and made for drilling holes in concrete and limestone with ease. they all left clean holes and vary durable but on the coconut shell test the m18 could not cut a hole in the shell but m12 did with some effort it was easier to cut into lime and concrete then coconuts. and no rust after much use.

WE WERE PREPARING TO DRILL HOLES FOR ANCHORS TO ATTACH A WINDOW AWNING TO MY BUILDING AND THE FIRST HOLE WE DRILLED HIT REBAR. TO MY SURPRISE NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE DRILL BIT, WE WERE USING THE 1/4 BIT SIZE, THE OTHERS SIZES ARE 3/16, 5/16, 3/8 AND 1 / 2INCH. WE CONTINUED TO DRILL 6 MORE HOLES 2 INCHES DEEP USING A HAMMER DRILL WITH THE 1/4 DRILL BIT, WITH SUCCESS. WE ARE GOING TO INSTALL 7 MORE AWNINGS, THIS MEANS 42 MORE 1/4 INCH HOLES TO BE DRILLED. I AM CONFIDENT THAT THIS DRILL WILL HOLD UP JUST FINE , IT IS WELL MADE.

The drill bits work just as good as I thought they would. I use them for work and they work great.

I tried these bits in several different materials. The did a good job is old concrete – probably the toughest drilling. The drilled brick and clock cleanly, without chipping or cracking. They even did a good job on new concrete. When drilling holes down into concrete, they do a good job of bringing up the dust, so you don’t have to pull the bit out of hte hole to clean it that often. I didn’t manage to hit any rebar, so I don’t know how well they will handle it. I’ll add a coment when I find out.
