The tape measures are wear and impact-resistant with nylon bond blade protection and an additional anti-tear coating on the first 6 in. of the blade, reducing tape tear. Built to withstand the jobsite, the measuring tapes are constructed with a 5-point reinforced frame for impact resistance. The Milwaukee FASTBACK Compact Folding Utility Knife features a press and flip mechanism for easy, 1-handed opening. The Milwaukee utility knife allows users to make quick, tool-free blade changes for maximum jobsite efficiency with a metal extension over the button to prevent accidental blade removal.

It works really well when I’m at work breaking down and opening boxes, cuts plastic and other things nicely. Every once in awhile when I try to flick the blade in/out it’ll get stuck or only halfway. Besides that I love it!

Dont get me wrong, i like milwaukee tools, but their tape measures are not made to the same quality their other tools are. The tape itself breaks after 3 weeks of use, i try to return it to home depot but they dont exchange them anymore. Milwaukee will do it but its a long @$$ process to get it replaced. I buy 6 to 7 each year. The only reason i keep using them is because we have an account with them.

Great standout, comfortable in hand.Downside is the hook on the end is way too small.If it were to extend 1/4″ past the sides of the tape blade it would be perfect.Work at a lumber yard and use it often,no problems so far.
