The Milwaukee 40 ft. Wide Blade Tape Measureshave the longest reach and straightest standout in the industry. Users can reach further on the jobsite with up to 17 ft. of reach to take long measurements on their own. The Milwaukee blade design provides the straightest standout, reducing blade arc for efficient and accurate measuring. The tape measures are wear and impact-resistant with nylon bond blade protection and an additional anti-tear coating on the first 6 in. of the blade, reducing tape tear. Built to withstand the jobsite, the measuring tapes are constructed with a 5-point reinforced frame for impact resistance.

It’s a good tape measure. But I ordered the 17′ reach. after picking my order up and getting home I realized they gave me the 14′ reach instead. Sence I live over 2 hours away I just kept it. Otherwise I would give more starsm

I have about five different Milwaukee tape measures… they’re all excellent! Sturdy, well made and operates smoothly.I keep this shorter tape measure in our tool box, as it’s more compact than the 25 footers we have. The best features are the large, easy to read numerals on not one, but BOTH SIDES OF THE TAPE MEASURE. This is extremely helpful for those of us with “bad eyes” and measuring at angles where being able to read the length on either side is crucial.The very wide blade on this bad boy is also a plus. I highly recommend this.
