I wanted a Jab saw to make drywall cuts for speaker/projector wiring for my home theater and picked this tool. It has nice grip and cuts the sheet rock fine. Since the saw tooth is little bigger, the cuts may not be clean but anyhow the faceplate covers it. When making the initial punch in to the drywall, be sure to make smaller punches in an angle to avoid damages to the drywall. I highly recommend this tool.

This is a very good job soul. I’ve used a mini of jab souls and this one here has great strength in the blade and a very comfortable handle.

This is a well designed product and performs well. My only recommendation would be to refine the tooth spacing (more teeth, closer together) to increase the smoothness of the saw cut, especially in drywall. The current design is a bit too aggressive in my opinion, causing some tearing and uneven surfacing at the cut. I would like it to cut smoother. Otherwise, I am pleased with this product.
