The Milwaukee 25 ft. Compact Tape Measures have up to 15 ft. of reach allowing users to quickly take measurements. The tape is wear and impact-resistant with nylon blade protection and an additional anti-tear coating on the first 6 in. of the blade, reducing tape tear. Built to withstand the jobsite, the compact measuring tapes are constructed with a 5-point reinforced frame for impact resistance. An integrated Stamped steel belt clip allows users to easily carry the tape measure on the jobsite.

This Milwaukee 25 foot compact wide blade tape is a great tool. The numbers are large and really easy to read from a distant. The rubber around the tape measure makes it very easy to hold and the locking device helps keep the tape out at a long distance.

The 25ft Compact Wide Blade Tape Measure feels durable and has a little weight. I love that there are measurements written on both sides which is very convenient. One of the good things about this tape measure is that it can extend a pretty long way (after all it’s 25ft). Also, base on the distance (if it’s too far to read), the latch on the side can be used to lock the measure and then, can be read after. Another plus for this tape measure is that it is retractable, so the blade automatically goes back to its original position. The clip at the back is very handy, and holds tightly on my clothing. While I love the look and feel of the tape measure, there were a few areas I wish were better. The blade keeps bending after while extending to capture the measurement. In addition, the front of the blade seems a little short because it kept slipping off some of the surface areas, and as a result, I had to restart a couple of the measurement process. has to be restart. Measurements vertically, starting from the bottom up seems to grip really well. However, horizontal measurements kept slipping off the base.

Good tape measure …easy to read . Although for precision…I’d prolly still use my Stanley . The end on the Milwaukee…is loosey-goosey. Gives space for error in measuring

I bought this because it’s got most of what I need from a tape measure, and then some (like the scale on both sides of the tape), but was hoping that the “nylon blade protection to reduce tear” would work. Unfortunately, this nylon protection needs protection itself as it peels off very quickly. So I brought back the first one I bought, got another one that also lost it’s nylon protection within a day, but kept the tape measure anyways because I like it enough.
