Used to cut chain link fencing. went through like butter. Selected this one due to wider mouth opening and better leverage over smaller model.

I hang a lot of things from the ceiling using chains and these bolt cutters come in handy to cut to get the right length of chain that I need. Max thickness is 5/16. Easy to use and easy on the hands after multiple cuts

Only used it once.Cut right thru like butter.

Cuts through cattle or “livestock” panels like butter! I wondered how hard it would be for me, a 30-something woman, to use. I tried this out on a screw first. No issues whatsoever!

I used it for an odd project. Instead of taking an old mattress to the county landfill, I used a box cutter, then snipped away with my Milwaukee 14-in. Bolt Cutter. I’m glad I bought the 14-inch for this project. Anything smaller probably would not have worked. Also, the blades are adjustable. After awhile, I noticed a small space developing between the bite, which caused problems with smaller wire. But I adjusted the bolts – near the blades – to remove that space and resume my project. I don’t know if that would have been possible with the cheaper bolt cutters. I now have a solid set of bolt cutters for future use; however, I don’t know if I will use it to break down a mattress. That ended up being a pretty nasty project, but the Milwaukee 14-in. Bolt Cutter preformed well:)

It appears to be able to handle most bolt cutting jobs. I received it for Christmas and look forward to putting it to use. The price was really good.
