We keep a general houshold pair of scissors in our junk drawer. My wife was cutting of some zip ties for Chrismas decorations when the handle broke. Coincidentally, I had come across these Milwaukee heavy-duty scrissors. We pick up a pair of these to replace the old ones. We have cut some tuff stuff with these already and they are bullet-proof. There is no flex at all. The metal from the cutting edges goes all the way through the handle. There is a comfortable, rubbery handle.

Outstanding scissors. Fit great in the hand, rubberized handle, strong enough to cut vinyl siding, cuts cardboard like paper, have two pair, will last a long time. Will probably pick up another set! Don’t hesitate to buy these. They’re worth it.

So… I bought these and my wife borrowed them for her kitchen use… and I never got them back. I had to buy another pair which she promptly gave away to her sister… then her other sister…. these devils are built to last and stay super sharp and tight. Great for gardening, great for bags, plastic containers, etc. The grip is comfortable and you can get some serious cutting pressure when you snug up what you’re cutting down in close. Best. Scissors.
