They work great.

I got them to cut steel roofing for my house. They worked great even diagonally across the ridges. Nice straight cuts without a whole lot of squeezing effort required. I would not hesitate to recommend them for this type of cutting.

Cuts through tin like butter. Use for cutting through MC and Flex. Comfortable in the hand and locking mechanism will keep them locked when you want them to be locked in the closed position.

Is just a good hand tool with a perfect design and easy to cut.

Cut through 22 gauge stainless steel fairly well, but it required a lot of hand muscle to do it.

No more cut hands! This is a really nice pair of snips. I have small hands and the grips on these are rather wide so initially it took a little practice to work them without 2 hands but the coated grips and finger/thumb guards make using them so much easier, and your hands don’t get as fatigued when cutting. The spread is 4″ at the base and 5.5 ” at the end of the handles when open. The bolt lock works smoothly. The spring action is very tight. I am building my home so these are going to come in handy for so many projects! I now have a pair of both the left and right cutting snips so no matter what I am making these are going to save my hands. I don’t know why I didn’t get these sooner as they would have made my earlier projects much easier. Storing them on my peg board tool wall is now possible as they come with holes in the handles for hanging. The quality of Milwaukee tools is demonstrated once again.

While these are straight cutting, the upward angle allows for a better, easier and faster cutting ability.

Was a replacement for an older well used pair of aviation snips that I’ve had for 25 some years. I have quite a few Milwaukee battery powered tools and thought that I would give the snips a try. They are well built and provide a nice clean cut in both aluminum and 29 gauge mild steel.

Cut well, but too expensive compared to snips of equal quality.. shame Milwaukee.makes these and so many of their product outside the USA

Reasonable cost. Decent construction. Wish I could find everyday tools still made in the US.
