Journeyman electrician here…I only use Milwaukee hand and power tools on the job. They’re always tough, high quality and dependable and these big channel lock pliers are no exception!

I like these my only thing is I don’t like the open ends I get that they are made this way for a reason I just prefer the closed end style.

Only reason it’s not 5 starts is because when you leave the jaws open when you slide them bigger, the handles can actually overlap at the bottom and get stuck. Kind of a design flaw I guess but other than that these pliers are the king! Grips are nice the teeth are big and tight and they are light which keeps the tool bag lighter too

Great tool! The rubber is off the ends of the handle, you can deburr Electricial conduit or copper tubing,YesArs ago we had to cut the rubber off of the old tools to do this. So kewl MilwAukee did this

This has become my go-to tool for dealing with pipe and conduit. While jobs like working with steel pipe or disassembling old pipe connections still require a large pipe wrench, I can use these pliers for jobs like installing small brass fittings (under 1″) and working with plastic pipe. The handles are comfortable and the tool is lightweight unlike a big pipe wrench.

These second generation hand tools have made several improvements over the previous generation. One is the coating on the metal itself and other is the grip. The comfort grips made the endurance of using the selected tool much easier.

They are quality but if you slip off what your holding and your torso fat gets in the way your gonna get a nice welt along with a opportunity to toss out some cuss words when the handle pinches you.
