Great additional to the tool belt! I used the nose pliers for different projects around the house, such as, electrical work (replaced an outdoor garage light), pulled old carpet nails from a flight of stairs and pulled through some electrical wires through the EMT conduit. The latex rubbery feel at first felt a bit awkward but with work gloves, didn’t lose any grip. Great additional to the tool bag.

This is another great Milwaukee tool. These pliers are heavier than many of my other pliers and are well made. They have cushioned (dipped) grips which aid in comfort and a firm grip. They have a nice long nose for reaching in tight places and are excellent wire cutters. They also have special grooves on the nose for reaming pipe. Another great addition to my tool box.

These are nice quality long nosed (needle nosed) pliers. I think these are a good fit for the hand. The handles are long enough to give a great grip and allow you to apply leverage for the power sometimes needed when working with pliers like these. The arms are a good length for when you need to reach into a piece of equipment. The steel is a good quality, Milwaukee is a respected name and I expect them to be passed down in my family.

Having to replace a pair of 6″ needle nose, which were well used and showing signs of wear, I thought I would up grade to an 8″ pair. Fist, they fit in the same slot, in my pouch, as original pair. The end is flattened off, but w/ a 2″ gripping nose grabbing a wire in an electrical box is easy. The other options a reaming head and fish tape puller. They are well balanced, easy to use and they can cut a single strand of # 10- 12 or 14 gauge wire with ease. And being Milwaukee they come w/ a limited lifetime warranty.

Milwaukee 48-22-6501 8” Long Nose Pliers – These long nose or needle nose pliers have been well designed as well as well manufactured…They have two (2) functions not normally included on needle nose pliers…(1) function is the addition of a serrated portion on the jaws to ream EMT conduit, (2) function there are serrated jaws located directly behind the cutting jaw intended to grip metal fish tapes, making pulling metal fish tapes much easier…I tested these needle nose pliers looping solid wire for terminal screws, reaching into small wall boxes to grab conductors, pulling old wire out of junction boxes and pull boxes using the fish tape jaws…These needle nose piers performed all tasks as indicated, intended and expected without any problems…These plies would be a welcomed addition to an electricians tool pouch…

This set of long nose pliers is exactly the quality you expect from Milwaukee hand tools. The machining on these is very precise and the action is very smooth. There are no gaps or uneven edges on these when they close. The points come to a very even and close fit unlike some cheap ones that don’t line up perfect. These are dead on. I already had a pretty good quality set of pliers in long nose, lineman and cutter configurations. But when I saw these Milwaukee versions of them I could not pass up a chance to give them a try given the quality I’ve come to expect from Milwaukee tools. And none of these disappoint. These pliers have a very good cutting edge fit and with the precisely aligned nose they are spot on for the job. Because of the smooth action all your effort is put into getting the job done and not fighting the tool as well. You simply cannot beat these Milwaukee pliers.

Once again, Milwaukee hit a home run. There is no feeling of the hand grips bending in when you really squeeze down on them. The pliers jaws are very well built and don’t wear away like lesser quality needle nose pliers and they maintain their teeth. Twisting force does not cause the jaws to move to the side and the pliers feel good in your hands, even with gloves on.

These are the best pliers that I have had in a long time. I replaced my old craftsman that were rusting and wearing out. These have enough teeth on them and grip tight and dont slip. I am so pleased with the quality of the metal design and the rubber grips on the handles. These are solid and well made because I got them wet a few weeks ago and I have no rust so woohoo.

All you have to do is look at and then lift these pliers to know they are the best. It can be used as a reamer, fish tape, and wire cutter. I like that it is rust protected. The dipped grips make it easy to hold and use and the red color makes it easy to find. The first project I used the pliers for was removing a plastic cap that had fallen down the bathroom sink. Add a limited lifetime warranty and you have everything you need.

For many years I’ve wanted to have a pair of pointy nose pliers that were longer & stronger then the standard fair.. Most of the ones I’ve used were longer a bit but these are longer a lot so that I could really get in to those hard to reach places and also strong enough to handle larger objects.I like that the handles have a very grippy type of rubber feeling material that enables them to be handled in slippery environments .Great pliers!

These are well made but then everything from Milwaukee are well made. The hand grip is nice and they open and close easily. The teeth on the nose will make sure that whatever you are holding will not slip. The wire cutting edges are sharp and cut through the wire I needed cut was smooth. There are teeth on the outside of the nose that i am not too sure of why they are there but do not have any effect on whatever it is I need to hold.

This is a quality plier. I was looking forward to the long-reach (and it certainly has that), but the quality of the construction was what I noticed right away. The pliers open and close smoothly, and yet there is no discernible play – that is some nice machining! As you can see from the photos, the machining of the jaws is also top-notch, and the jaws come together cleanly when closed. These pliers are a pleasure to use!

This is a very high quality set of long nosed pliers. Other than a screwdriver or hammer, having a great pair of long nosed pliers is essential to anyone that uses tools. This pair of pliers offers an extremely high quality feel. The heavy rubber coated handles are extremely comfortable. The pliers can be used for cutting, reaming, and pulling fish tape. Very well built!! NO slop in the operation. I would strongly recommend!!
