This is a heavy, sturdy, easy to hold adjustable wrench. It can be used on any bolt whose diameter is 1” or less. The width is calibrated with a SAE and metric ruler imprinted on the mouth of the wrench. With this you can tell the size of the bolt. The jaws have very little shifting and no slipping while producing a lot of torque on a bolt. The design and construction of the wrench is excellent. It portrays every indication of a professional grade tool. I really like the wrench and will use it a lot.

Great wrench. I already had the 10″ version of this wrench so decided to try the 8″ version and I am not disappointed. It’s a very rugged, heavy duty wrench. Easily adjusts and easy to read the measurements etched into the head of the wrench. It’s the last adjustable wrench you will ever need! I’ve never been disappointed with any of the many Milwaukee tools that I own.

This is a very solid and well built wrench. Great size for my smaller wrench needs. Very comfortable handle and angle on the wrench. The jaws stay open & do not adjust on their own which is very handy. The wrench is chrome plated to protect against rust which is very nice. I would definitely recommend this wrench to anyone who owns tools. Having a visible ruler above the screw is nice to see what size you are working with!!

I was a bit skeptical of Milwaukee’s claim that these adjustable wrenches don’t back off. Every other adjustable wrench I’ve ever used has needed constant width adjustment nearly every turn.After using the 6″ wrench for a week, I’m now convinced that these wrenches perform just as claimed. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could set the width once, and forget about it until I wanted to change fastener sizes.I think a good part of the mechanism’s retention is the high tolerance of the adjustment screw. There are five threads of engagement, and the threads and the mating rack on the jaws are both matched in taper. There’s very little rattle when shaking them, unlike other adjustable wrenches I’ve had experience with. Despite the close tolerances, the adjustment mechanism is still silky smooth!You can’t go wrong with these wrenches, especially for the value the combo pack offers!

I’m totally happy with this wrench after one use. A solid wrench, the adjuster didn’t move and the handle is long enough for good leverage. It’s worth it to spend a few extra dollars on Milwaukee over less expensive tools.

Got a great deal on this wrench. Never can have too many wrenches in the old tool chest. Have used it a couple of times since I picked it up.. Easy to use the rachet to adjust the size. The wrench seems to hold very well. As most of you know, you need to rotate to the head of the wrench when spinning to get the wrench to work correctly. Takes a minimum amount to reduce the rachet, turn the wrench and adjust to size again to turn again.. Like the rubber grip. Hopefully will be in the tool box for years.

After getting the 15 inch version of this wrench a little while back I was really impressed with the quality of the tool. I really like the precision of the fit on these Milwaukee adjustable wrenches. So I got the other sizes as well replacing a selection of older crescent wrenches I had in my box. These are machined precisely enough that there is almost no slop when you set them. Thus the action on them during adjustment is smooth as well. They move around extremely little once set. I can’t say zero but it is close enough to it for my use. And this makes the guides that every one has useful too since they are accurate enough that the size on the guide is meaningful and not just some vague estimate. These are definitely a step up from my trusty older ones. Those have served OK for years but these will be easier to use. The trouble with the old ones was due to the slop in the fit you were always loosening to get it off then tightening after going on the nut or bolt head. Without that slop that’s less hassle and time and aggravation saved. All in all these are some pretty nice adjustable wrenches.

What a wonderful two-pack wrench set to have on hand to handle almost any situation. Both are made of very strong, durable, tough steel. The adjustable, lock in place, wrenches work very well on either large or on small jobs. Obviously, the small one works very well on the hard to reach small jobs, under a sink or toilet. The larger wrench is great for the medium to larger jobs. I will be purchasing the next size up for the larger jobs I have around the house.
