When you need leverage and torque, longer is better! For breaking free stubborn nuts or bolts, the Milwaukee 1/2 in. Drive 24 in. Breaker Bar delivers! At 24 inches, it’s more than twice as long as your typical 1/2″ socket wrench. I used it to remove the rear axle nut on my motorcycle (originally torqued down to 90 foot-pounds), and it was a breeze! And I’m not a big guy. I intend to keep it in the car (with the appropriate socket for the lug nuts) to make sure the next tire change is as fast and easy as possible. This breaker bar looks good, feels solid, pivots smoothly, and holds the socket securely. Highly recommended!Model # 48-22-9013

There is nothing better than the Milwaukee ½ inch Drive 24-inch Breaker Bar. I recently also obtained the Milwaukee 15-inch Breaker Bar, so the review is basically the same as I wrote for the 15-inch Breaker Bar. I can say that the 24-inch Breaker Bar can apply ~60% more break away torque then the 15-inch Breaker Bar with the same applied force. The chrome is beautiful on the forged alloy steel breaker bar and will provide corrosion resistance and durability from knocks and bangs from years of use. The breaker bar also comes with a lifetime guarantee from Milwaukee. The 180° swivel head allows the user to access a bolt or nut from various angles. The ½ drive head is secured in place by an Allen head screw instead of a common drive pin. This is the perfect tool for breaking loose rusted over torqued bolts or nuts.

The Milwaukee breaker bar has a durable beautiful finish with a life time guaranty. The half inch drive 180 degree pivoting head is easy to use and is fifteen inches in length. I like the Milwaukee embossed stamp on the handle plus the weakest point which is the pin that takes all the pressure is replaceable. I used this bar today to remove a axle nut and it worked great.

I was in the automotive business for over thirty years so I can safely says that I know my tools. This breaker bar is a quality made piece with a very nice finish. The half inch drive twenty four inch bar has plenty of leverage to get the job done. I use the breaker bar to break free a axle nut that was factory torqued to over 200 foot pounds and it worked great.

So far so good. It gets used a lot. Only reason for 4/5 stars is because it is a 2 piece handle design which creates a week spot. But if it breaks the warranty with Milwaukee is excellent and I can just get a new one.

Milwaukee 1/2 in. Drive 24 in. Breaker Bar. This is a quality breaker bar that is built heavy and has held up to everything I have put it through so far, I have not had to use a cheater pipe while using this tool yet. The bar uses a Pin Detent locking mechanism that holds the sockets firmly on the end of the wrench, no sockets have fallen off so far and I believe this will last a long time.

Well made with good tolerances. Excellent handle shape with bonus that the tool will not roll off a surface like a round handle would. No flex in the well designed yolk-style head which is much more compact than other styles. I mistakenly thought that it was made in the USA, but at least it came from Taiwan rather than China.

Another nice tool. It really holds up to Milwaukee name. It has a fit and finish that well, almost makes it to nice to use. The chrome was flawless and the overall strength of the bar is remarkable. I never realized the difference a two foot bar makes. Previously I have used a shorter bar and a pipe but the 2 footer flexes less this a definite needed addition to the box.

Milwaukee 1/2 in. Drive 24 in. Breaker Bar is exactly that! A BREAKING BAR!When breaking force is needed, this is where a breaker bar comes in, so when the Home Depot Seeds and Milwaukee Tools teamed up to offer this 24 inch 1/2 inch drive breaking bar. I jumped right on it. I knew this would handle the BIG JOBS!Milwaukee Tools Breaking Bar comes with a lifetime warranty and guarantee from the company. The plating on the bar is excellent. The head rotates 180* to assist in your task. The locking mechanism holds your socket in place but not so tight that you fight to get it off. This bar has mega heft to it. The kind you want for tough jobs. The tool is made in Tiawan.I highly recommend this breaking bar. I rate it 5*s out of 5.Thank you Milwaukee Tools for offering this item to me.Thank you Home Depot for the opportunity to try this item.

This breaker bar is longer and stronger (does not bend when used properly) than all the other brands I tried to include Craftsman, Husky, Pittsburgh, and Pro Tool. The shape of the handle is easy on your hand and the length allows a lot of leverage so that bolts and lug nuts are easily broken loose, even rusted ones. I highly recommend this tool for DIY and professional mechanics.

I do a lot of work on cars and trucks so this tool was put to good use right away. The breaker bar has good weight, length and the finish is top notch. The pin for the head is replaceable unlike the other breaker bar in my photos plus the tool has a life time guarantee. I had to remove a axle wheel bearing nut on a half ton Chevy truck which is torqued to over 200 foot pounds and the breaker bar did a great job of loosing the nut so I could use my impact gun to remove the nut the rest of the way. The chrome finish is perfect and should last a life time.

The Milwaukee breaker bar has a beautiful chrome finish with a life time guarantee. The breaker bar has good weight and length and will easily brake loose a nut or stud over two hundred foot pounds. The swivel head has a replaceable pin instead of a pressed on pin. The handle is comfortable so your able to lean on it to get leverage. I used the bar today to loosen a axle nut which was torqued over 200 foot pounds and it worked like a charm.

Awesome breaker bar. This is no cheap tool, This is a quality tool. It’s comfortable to use, perfect balance, strong and gives a good amount of leverage to help remove those stubborn nuts and bolts. The finish on these tools is superior. The Milwaukee name say it all, they will last a lifetime. The 24″ breaker is for places that you have plenty of room. This is one tool every tool box should have.
