If you came across these buy them, every bit as high quality as snap on or matco. The organizer tray it comes in is great in the tool box, you can fit both the metric and standard set in the tool box drawer as they are offset for the angle sides to match up against each other while the wrenches still face the right way. The fist time I held one in my had I was super stoked. Another Milwaukee purchase that I was very happy I purchased.

Combination SAE Wrench Set (15-PieceHaving a Milwaukee wrench set from a few years back and although the set has held up well, the torque was not the best. Admittedly, I did use a 2 inch ID pipe to give me that added torque needed for stubborn bolts which resulted in a few `teeth` being damaged. This is not so on their new design. In stripping an old engine last night I reluctantly used that same pipe slotted at the end to remove a difficult 5/16’ and a ¾“fastener that refused to budge, even after using penetrating oil. I hated having to use the pipe extension, especially on my new set. But all was good and after a loud `crack` both bolts came loose enough for me to remove the extension and use the I-Beam` handle. Carefully checking the wrench afterwards there is no sign whatsoever of any stress related damage to any of the 12 teeth.The red plastic carrier measures 15 x 15 and the length of the wrenches range from the ¼” size at 5 inches to the 1 inch size at 13 inches long. The ¼ inch SAE is a ¼ inch wide at the working end and the 1 inch is ½ inch wide also at the working end.The plastic storage tray I have mixed feeling about. Although the two plastic strips slot through all the wrenches holding then secure, I did find it somewhat annoying having to take the whole set out of my sliding tool chest, remove the strips just to remove one wrench. Am I being petty? Of course I am. One wrench is much easier to find when the whole set is together. What can I say? More haste, less speed and so will keep them all together.The 12 teeth or points as some people use give the wrench a strong and secure grip with little to no play, depending on the quality of the nut to be removed. The same applies to the open ends.Ink-filled size labels are a very useful addition and are of a first class Milwaukee offers a Lifetime Guarantee on all of their Combination Wrench Sets.In a final point this set is not Ratcheting. It is a wrench set and is certainly one of the better ones on the market and I believe it is the best. Highly recommended. And well worth the asking price. Each wrench is forged from the highest-quality chrome vanadium steel and are designed to last a lifetime.

Excellent wrench set at an excellent price point. The wrenches have a great bite on bolts and nuts and on damaged or rusted fasteners. They fit very well in tight spots. I also like the tray that the wrenches come with really helps to keep tools organized. The wrenches also have the size stamped and painted in a bright red so you can easily identify the wrench you need. If you are looking for a quality wrench set at a reasonable price this is the set for you.

This Milwaukee Max Bite wrench set is great! Starting with the plastic case. It is very well built and has markings for each different wrench size for easy placement once used. It is a set of 7 wrenches. The smallest one is 3/8” and then it goes up in 1/16th of an inch increment until reaching ¾”. The max bite feature is great. They are designed to give you 25% more grab than other conventional wrenches. It also helps with not stripping down fasteners. Both sides showed very tight grip on fasteners. I love the concave body of the wrench, it allows for better gripping with your thumb. They also look great. Milwaukee did a great job at finishing these tools. These have lifetime warranty, so you can’t beat that either. In my opinion these are well worth the price!

No more busted knuckles! These wrenches are outstanding! The open end part of the wrench is pretty much like a six sided socket and prevents slipping and rounding nuts off. There is teeth to further reduce slipping. A really great idea. The closed end of the wrench is twelve point and really good for tight places where you don’t have a lot of room to turn the wrench. I like that the wrench sizes are in red. Easy to see the size in low light areas. The quality of these wrenches is excellent. They are polished chrome and they are comfortable in your hand. The best set of wrenches tard to open…

This is the wrench set that meets all your expectations and made with an outstanding quality throughout.What I like:• These are longer wrenches than most out there which provides more torque. I have some photos that show the difference from a ‘normal’ wrench.• It’s very difficult to round a nut or slip and bloody your knuckles.• Easy to read with large, red numbers• The locking storage tray is appreciated.• Made with ergonomics in mind. Nice grip and handling.• Should last forever and have a warranty to match.What I don’t like:• A bit on the expensive side, but as with most things in life if want high quality you have to pay for it.Truly a wonderful set that anyone who appreciates good tools will love immediately. Wow, just (expletive) wow! In all my 30 plus years of work and home jobs I have never owned a wrench set this nice. I could not take any pictures that would show better than the ones provided on the page. This set just arrived and all I did was go around and loosen and tighten a few bolts just to play.This set comes with serrated teeth set into the open end section of each wrench to help keep it from sliding off because as we no if a bolt gets a slightly rounded corner than it wants to slip. These help grab the edges and prevent that from happening. I don’t know if any other quality mechanics tool maker has thought of this and is on the market, but I never seen any when I was comparing the prices to quality, number of pieces, size range and lifetime warranties. 12 point closed end with an unknown offset angle. Super, super heavy duty in a beautiful full steel chrome with rounded inset I-beam type center grip.I do know factually a few trucks that would stop by the mill that these are every bit as good as what was being sold, same warranty, better looking and half the price. The red lettering from 1″ down to 1/4″ stands out and even if you didn’t store it in it’s proper spot you going to grab the right wrench. If I only had these when I was trying to replace my lawnmower blades life would had been so much easier!

I am not a master mechanic, but appreciate good tools. These are high quality open ended wrenches and box end wrenches. I got the SAE version. Very happy and if I don’t lose the tools, will be able to hand them down to my children when I join the great tool box in the sky. This set is Made in Taiwan and Engineered by Milwaukee Tool.They are Chrome Plated and have mirror looking finish and you can see your finger prints on them (little on a slippery side if you work with cotton glows ).The engrave wrench size is filed with red paint and is very easy to spot it and they are big.As for warranty the set come with Life Time warranty which is good, only complaint about warranty I have is that you can’t simply bring to the Home Depot for exchange you have to mail it to the Milwaukee to clam the warranty.Would I buy more tools from Milwaukee, yes I will buy more tools from Milwaukee.
