Cuts fast and clean. Pulls through studs for cutting wire runs. Easily attaches to 6” or 12” mated extensions. Best I’ve used. Extra replacement blade included.

As expected Milwaukee does a great job with their tools. It did exactly what I expected it to do without fail.

Fast drilling and clean holes. Love the self feeding feature, just touch and go. Bored through 26 2x joist and no visible ware.

Milwaukee has been the standard in self feed bits for decades and that hadn’t changed in this new design. Great Self Feed bit!

Does what it’s supposed to do… Just watch out for nails.

This drill bit was every thing that spects said it was it cut nice clean holes , stayed sharp and the blades are easy to change. If i had one complaint is that they do not carry this bit in the stories and they do not carry the blades for it have to go some else to getvthe blades.

Works great. Typically no winding left attached to the material your cutting through. Used with Milwaukee’s cordless holehawg and it easily powered through a 2″ lvl beam. When it’s gets dull, one can replace only the cutting blade; instead of the whole bit. They make 18″ auger bits that do the sane thing.

While re-wiring a 100 year old building, I needed to bore a number of holes in 2″ thick floor joists and studs. The self feeding nature of this bit made it very easy compared to the effort I was expending using a twist drill/spade bit. Since I’m working in old work that sometimes has nails I cannot see, it is nice that this bit has a replaceable cutting edge. I haven’t had to replace it yet, but am glad that’s a possibility since this is otherwise a pretty expensive bit.
