Works outstanding, it is small enough to get into the tight space I had to get into. I was amazed at how well this worked.

Great accessory. Well built and does a great job. Bought it because I needed to change 54 cabinet pulls and drawer pulls in a kitchen. Didn’t have to empty out one crammed drawer to fit a screwdriver in. Lol

Works pretty well in tight spaces. It’s a little difficult to hold the device securely, and hold a drill in the other hand, and operating in a tight space, but once you get all the positioning correct, it works well.

I bought the Milwaukee offset drive adaptor, despite its medium ratings, due to the Milwaukee name. I’ve used it only at medium speeds and found it durable and convenient to use.

This adapter works ok but there are better options out there. I like the size and how easily you can change heads. I do not like that the grip can slide off or rotate from where you need it and fall off. The yellow guys make a version of this that is better and I use over this one every time. Because the handle rotates it does give you a variety of options for where you can hold it but when it slides down the shaft its quite frustrating. If the grip would stay, I think this would be easier to hold onto than the competitors but I couldn’t find a way
