Really small head for small space but made strong. The thumb handle is practically designed to change angles for a best grip. I think this is the best one among similar products they are mostly bulky for the small work space intended.

It is a very nice tool, this can be used on places where even screw driver can not go in, drill machine can not go in, recently i fixed a door magnet stopper inside a wooden drawer, fixing the magnet on the top with in the drawer, this 90 degree tool was very useful.

The Milwaukee offset adapter worked well and seems to be made very solidly. I really liked the wing that is moveable and allows you to put the pressure where you need it to hold the bit tight to the work. The wing can also be removed to get into tight spots, a great feature. We also use a dewalt offset but it is much bigger and does not fit small spaces sometimes. The head on the milwaulkee is smaller to fit tight spots. We used the offset to install vinyl deck rails and it really got close to the screws, much closer then a bit on a drill. Also will not leave a mark like a drill chuck can if you get too close.
