Shock wave impact duty 30deg knuckle bit holder set. Shock wave for impact. this is a great little upgrade to anyone’s arsenal. small & compact easy to use. simply attach to your impact or drill. add your preferred bit for the task & support the knuckle bit holder with your free hand & get your projects DONE. This kit coming with impact bits should help them last much longer than standard ones. very happy with this. if you are thinking about it GET ONE!

What a great tool, this 0-30 degrees Shockwave knuckle bit holder set is maybe not something you might use every day, but if you don’t have one when you need it, you certainly will wish you went ahead and bought one! Over the many years that I have been doing electrical installation and street rod building and just repairs and replacement of “things” I have run into many instances where the screw head or nut was not in a place where I could use my screwdrivers or sockets and not risk ( at least in the case of the screwdrivers) stripping the Phillips head socket on the screw out , besides rounding off my driver which made it pretty well useless for other screws. I have bought some “right angle drivers” over the years that were better than nothing, but most of the time I didn’t know where they were when I needed them, and since I now use an impact driver almost all the time the right angle drivers are much to “light duty” for that. One of the beauties of this “0 to 30 degree driver is you can pretty well leave it in your impact driver all the time and know you can install or remove any screw or nut or bolt that is from 0 to 30 degrees off line with your driver.

The Milwaukee Shockwave Impact Duty 30 degree Knuckle Pivoting Bit Holder allows users to drive fasteners in tight, difficult work areas. The compact design locks at a 0 or 30 degree angle and is designed for use with SHOCKWAVE Impact Duty 1/4 in. hex accessories. It is rated to handle up to 2,000 in. lbs. of torque in impact drivers. The driver is shipped with 10 driver bits. The hex bits snap into the head and are almost impossible to remove. One has to use pliers and “wiggle” the bit to pull it out of the head. In general I would not recommend this tool due to the way that it is designed. This tool is made in China.

This is a great addition to my accessories, yes it true getting the bit out is difficult unless you figure out the trick, then it’s easy, I’m glad I don’t write bad reviews on something before I figure out how it workes.

Although it’s great while bent.. trying to use straight is really hard and most times will just bend while trying to use it

I agree with the other review on here once you figure it out is easy you buy it for a reason it’s a strong magnetic tips as a right there and you guys already know that every time you buy a bit holder that ring and there’s got to wear a little bit before it gets a little smoother or do you want when it wears out right away and your buts fall out second use

I’m truly impressed with the set. However, it’s just good. The 30 degree knuckle bit does its job. When using it at an angle you want to secure the bit between your thumb and pointer finger. The torque can be unexpected. The 30 degree angle can and does help to get into tight places. My only gripe is that the bit ser does not come with a carrying case. The extra bits are rather small and if you don’t keep an eye on them, they can be lost.

Well-constructed for heavy duty use, but wouldn’t be my first choice at this price. I compared this Milwaukee offset to my Dewalt magnetic offset extension (HD 205997269). While I found the Milwaukee superior in construction, the large knuckle would not work in some tight situations. The Milwaukee has 2 positions; straight or 30 degree offset. Often you need something less than 30, like when you just need a few degrees to engage the screw/bolt because of an obstacle. The smaller dewalt allows for shallow degree offsets (the dewalt is far from perfect too).I saw some reviewers mention it was difficult to remove bits from the Milwaukee….I had the opposite problem. Many times my bit would stay in the screw when I pulled my driver away. Several times I didn’t notice it was left behind until I went to drive the next screw. Price wise $26 (at the time of this review) for this Milwaukee is asking too much, when the Dewalt comes in at $9. Sure the dewalt is more cheaply constructed and probably won’t last as long in a head to head. But almost triple? About my rating:5 stars – Exceeds all expectations. Better than the competition in all aspects, design, cost, operation, and support (A+). 4 stars – Nicely done. Better than the competition and solves the problem. (B)3 stars – Works as expected. Has some shortcomings but gets the job done. Might be short in design, cost, longevity, or support. (C).2 stars – Falls short of expectations and needs improvement. Pass and look elsewhere. (D)1 star – Fails miserably. Does not get the job done, might even make things worse. Someone at the company should be fired. (F)

The Milwaukee Shockwave 30° Knuckle Impact Driver Set (11-piece) is a must have tool box item. Even if you have a low-profile impact driver there are times when you can’t get on your work because of obstructions. This little guy might just get you there. The range of motion is infinite from 0 to 30°. Ten of the more common bit sizes are included. The bit holder is magnetic, but also has a split-ring that locks the bit in place. It actually took some fighting before I figured out that I had to wiggle the bit free of that split-ring.

I ordered a full assortment of Milwaukee Shockwave bits then spotted this impact accessory. I imagine the primary reason that bits get ruined is because sometimes we try to drive screws at an angle and the bit slips stripping the Phillips head and wearing the bit. This neat little accessory, along with the proper length bit, allows for perfect bit and screw head alignment. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and it works great.

DIY home jobs. This is a great adaptor that will not drop a bit unless you want it to.

NICE TOOL!!…. I am very pleased with this knuckle bit holder. Using it for screws can be a little tricky. My favorite use by far is adding a 1/4 socket adapter (shown in picture, but not included) and using this as an angled nut driver. It works great for this and I feel like locks onto a nut better when you are trying to work on an angle. I am not sure why this only works at 30 degrees, I am sure that some engineer somewhere figured out this it the most desired angle. The only thing I would change is a KNUCKLE that locked into various angles instead of just 30 degrees. Either way…GREAT TOOL, GREAT QUALITY AND IT WORKS !!!!

I find myself using this more than I thought I would. I like how it can be used angled or straight so you’re not changing it out when you need to switch.

Works great! Just have to wiggle the bit out. Just pull hard and wiggle. Great addition to my tool box. I do masonry work and this is perfect for concrete form boards. Always In the dirt with conventional bits. This gives the perfect angle to keep your tools out of the mud/dirt

What a great addition to my fuel impact, wow! This gets me into almost all tiny spaced areas with just the right pivoting to reach those hard angles. What a fantastic pivot holder. Milwaukee is on a fantastic roll!
