The MILWAUKEE® 5 Piece SHOCKWAVE™ Conduit Reaming Bit Holder Set is engineered to deliver the most reams and be the longest reaching accessory reamer in the industry. Its dual purpose design allows users to ream the inside and outside of the pipe, burr-free, and fasten with a single accessory. The Milwaukee conduit reamer is made for use with 1/2”, 3/4” and 1” EMT. The EMT conduit reamer features a thick, hardened tool steel blade that provides up to 5X blade life vs. the competition. The slim profile allows access for common electrical fastening applications with precise fit custom machined tips to prevent stripping and reduce wobble. Each tip type has customized geometry and Shockzones™ optimized in both length and width for best performance across tip types. I’ve been Klein’s version of the conduit reamer that attaches to your drill and have nothing but issues for the last year. The bit that is centered in the middle never fit snug and would always fall out. I was going to buy another one but came across the Milwaukee version and I’m glad I did.

I am piping a hospital on a base, and I find the bit holder to be useful, as I dont have to get another tool out to ream my pipe, and set a screw. However, the bit holder is not magnetic, and can be pretty frustrating losing screws on top of a ladder. Good thing I have my Milwakee magnetic tape measure to retrieve most of what I drop.

Great deal pleased with the durability and quality

The extended shaft saves your fingers when attaching boxes. Magnetic would be the only improvement. I’ve tried them all in 40 years experience and I love this one the best.

It reams everything and dont have to worry about the 1/2 inch tooth chipping off

Works way better than the Klein Or DeWalt reamers, blade is much thicker and will not shatter like the thin ones when used in an impact.

Conduit Reaming bit holder, basically this is a conduit reamer for 1/2,3/4,1 inch conduit. It works well as that. However the bit holder is junk! It comes with 4 bits but you Can’t get the bit out without the force of pulling with pliers. As a multi purpose tool it fails ! Shockwave impact duty! Cant think why you would be using an impact driver to ream conduit. If your a DIY or even a journeyman this tool could hurt you . Since the bit holder and reaming blades are all exposed ,you need to be careful while using this for a faster , screw etc. holding a screw if your not careful moving your hand back the reamer blade could bite you. Also the bit doesn’t come out easy other then by prying it or pulling with leverage, again the reamer blade could bite you if you slip. The reamer blade is very sharp. So sad to see Milwaukee (made in China) tools that don’t meet up to their reputation .

Works great. Cleaner edges the the hand operated one.

Works better than the Klein one Only one that compares is the dewalt one but I prefer this oneThe longer shaft still allows it to be useful instead of a huge bit that gets caught on everything

This conduit reamer needs magnetic bit

Per usual, the magnetic bits don’t fit perfectly into the socket for them, as will all milwaukee tools I’ve noticed. The powered reamer attachment is really nice though, not that the hand tool was poor, this is just better. $20 well spent on this one.

Saves me a lot of time compared to hand reaming. Only downside is that its not magnetic, but i only bought it to ream pipe so its not a big deal

I love it, I do wish it was magnatized but I can fix that.

I bought this item for my son who works in the field of communication, and he said so far so good. He said it gets the rough burrs smooth.
