*A good set of bits. No issues* The first thing to know about this non-standard set of bits is that they are labeled as an automotive set and generally geared toward use in that area. While you won’t find any square drives here a large array of torx bits, from T10 all the way up to T40 as well as Phillips #1-3 and two nut drivers and socket adaptors are included. Length of bits range from 2” to 3 ½” as well as two large 6” ones. I was primarily interested in this set due to the amount of longer bits that you get. I find it fairly uncommon to see a set of impact rated bits in longer sizes and it makes sense here as you need to to get into tight spaces when doing mechanic work. The included case is fine for what it is and holds everything well. I don’t find it to be too difficult to remove the bits and I like that you can rotate the position to stand them up. The grip is a nice plus too. There’s a threaded hole on the back for a belt clip that I’ve yet to find in my internet searches. As far as performance goes I found that all the bits, nut drivers, and adaptors have a nice precision fit and had no issues there. I drove around 100 deck screws doing a project on my back yard and the bit was no worse for wear. They lose their coat fast, but hold their form. Everything included is magnetized and fairly strong I might add. The magnets are strong enough to spin a bit with a shorter screw on it without falling off. Overall I’d recommend this set if you like what it includes. As stated I wanted them for the lengths and I’m very satisfied with it. It’s also nice to have all the obscure torx sizes available in my arsenal. Value wise though I’d recommend that you do your homework as while new, this set can be had for below retail and I would recommend you get home depot to do a price match.

this case of impact duty driver bit set (22) from Milwaukee performs really well, i have absolutely no complaints. It says its for working on automotives but its been indispensable around the house. What i especially like about it is the longer length drill bits, was actually able to get into the back of a lower kitchen drawer without having a guy pull it away from the wall to fix the side slider, this 6 inch bit was a godsend! Fits perfectly into my 1/4 Hex Impact Driver also by Milwaukee for a great combination. The case is rugged and the 3 shelves tilt so you can select the piece you need & they are magnetized which makes the job go faster. The case can also be attached/stored to a metal auto cabinet if you use the Milwaukee magnet that threads into the case. Some of the bits have the size on them. Super quality.

Altogether there are 22 bits. The box is the usual red and white and very durable and a good size. You could drop the box and would not damage the inside at all. Milwaukee has another winner. This 22 piece set really is a stronger version of the standard bits found in most other power tool sets. I have used a few other manufacturer ‘black colored bits’ they claim are ‘impact duty’ and the majority of them certainly were not a true ‘black oxide’ impact bit. I have used these bits both in power screw drivers and impact power tools. I also stepped it up a notch that is not included in the product instructions and found these bits will actually hold up using a hammer impact driver. To my surprise this bits preformed equal to the bits included with my hammer driver set. Which says volumes to any motorcycle mechanic, or any other mechanic not using power equipment, who had that one fastener that just got too hot or, just plain too tight.

There was great risk of cutting one’s hand while trying to open it up. This is old-school style and should never be used any longer.Milwaukee has come up with an innovative plastic case design that adds some utilitarian features. First off they include a 1/4”-20 threaded port on one back corner. Second, they have a row of specially designed sockets inside the sides of the case halves. These allow the bit holders to be snapped in at any level and swivel out to have the bits held in a standout position for easy removal and insertion. Finally, the cases also have slots for straps or locks, if need be.The case can pinch on the hinge side when closing if one is not careful.The set includes 1/4 and 5/16 magnetic nut drivers, 1/4 and 3/8 socket adapters, Phillips P1-P3 bits, Torx T10-T40 bits, all in 2 inch lengths. Plus the 3.5” lengths include P2 plus T15-T30 bits. Also 6” length P2 and T25 bits are included as well.Usage: When I first opened the case I found the Torx bits in another disposable container. I opened them up and inserted them into the provided holder tray. The holder tray had to be repositioned downward to accommodate reaching a finger in behind them at that top so as to pivot the holder outward into its standout position. I particularly liked how the holders snap into the position desired.I would have like an extra short P2, but there are extras if one counts the longer-shafted ones. The only other thing was that the sizes were not marked on the bits.When using them we found that they worked very well. We did not put them up against the highly rated Makita bits, but they appear to be as good. The anti-shock shaft section appears to work correct as well.We believe that there is hardly any common fastener that cannot be reached by these bits. This is a good selection in one set.Overall Thoughts:A bit on the pricey side, but very high quality. If you save your receipt, these have a lifetime warranty.

This 22 piece Impact Driver Kit contains a great selection of Phillips head bits, Torx bits, 1/4” & 5/16” magnetic nut drivers and 1/4” and 3/8” socket adaptors. These bits are rated to last 30 times longer than standard impact bits due to the custom alloy76 steel used by Milwaukee. There is a great selection of Torx bits in 2 inch lengths, and several more in 3.5″ lengths and there is one 6” T-25 bit. These bits are housed in a sturdy Red Milwaukee case that will help you keep track of all these pieces as each piece has a dedicated slot in a holding tray. The three holding trays inside the case tilt outward so that removal and replacement of the bits is very easy. This is a very nice kit full of useful pieces and contained in a sturdy, & protective case.

This is a great kit for working on cars as it has some nut drivers, socket adapters, long bits, and torx bits which are showing up more and more in vehicles. The case is really solid with a nice confirming click when you latch it and it is pretty easy to get the bits out of the holder. Each row of bits will fold out and can also be removed or moved to a different location in the box which allows you to customize your box for your needs or mix and match different kits! The magnetic nut drivers are great, the magnet will easily hold bolts on after removal or when installing. The extra long bits are great for tight spaces that you would normally need to use a screw driver for or cobble together a bunch of extensions. Overall I’m very happy with this kit and it will find a spot in my toolbox for quick access!

I use my impact driver on a daily basis I use it a lot more than my drill I found that these shock wave impact duty driver bits to be some of the beast I have used they do not slip out of the screws like others I have tried living close to the ocean we deal a lot with rusted screws and bolts these bits have stood the test with flying colors I highly recommend these bits

High quality bits that accent the abilities of your impact drivers. After trying these bits, i found that i have less stripped screw heads and I haven’t had a single twisted off screw in the hardest of materials. These are a nice addition to my tool and if you are regularly using an impact driver, you really need this driver set. I do a lot of work with a local community theater where I donate my time. These bits have helped with quick setup and tear down especially since we try to keep and reuse the screws to keep costs down. Been a nice addition i didn’t know I needed or wanted but i do now.
