Nice extension. The diameter of the extension was larger than I was expecting. A bit overkill for my application and makes it heavier than it would otherwise be. But is definitely heavy duty if that’s what your looking for.

The length is great for metal roof repair. The locking collar would not lock onto the Milwaukee Shockwave 5/16 hex bit. It wobbles too much at high speed.

For the most part this a solid addition to your tools, it is very strong… But, it has limits when using an impact and I snapped one. Keep in mind this isn’t Craftsman and you won’t just get a new one if it breaks–unless your within a 90 day period maybe.

This is NOT a lightweight extension, rather, a heavier well-constructed item designed for use with a hammer-drill screwgun, drill driver similar to the M18 Milwaukee items. Must use with a comparable bit holder. I found this to be perfect for driving 1 1/4 coarse thread screws into plywood floor.
