I like these Torx bits the best of all bits, they are very positive and seldom break or strip a screw. I use them with all my pressure treated deck building and a lot of framing work. There are several screws that come with this type of head and these screws have a great holding power. The two inch length on these bits makes them very easy to handle and store.

Not much to say. If you need Torx #15 drive bits, these are good and fill the bill. So far they are well made and don’t strip out the screw heads. These are universal and work in my DeWalt and Rockwell drivers as well.

After watching a Milwaukee video on these Shockwave bits, I made up my mind that I will proable buy nothing else from now on as long as they are available The 2 inch Torx T15 is a medium size screw I used for smaller wood projects. The Torx head make driving easier and slipping almost non-existent. The harder shaft and harder tip means these bits should last a lot longer than normal. Buying over and over gets expensive.

These days it is essential to have a complete set of Torx drivers. More and more things are put together with this type of fastener. My 20V battery drill uses these T15 Torx screws to attach the belt clip. You can buy and carry with you a set of Torx screwdrivers but by getting a set of Torx 1/4″ drive bits you can have the same capability without the bulk. Another advantage of these Milwaukee bits is their Shockwave energy absorbing center portion. It makes it a lot less likely that you will break the tip off the bit or strip the fastener.

If you want a bit, a torx bit that is built tough to last longer with a little bit more of a “reach” then this is the one you are looking for. Milwaukee makes tools that last and this is no exception. They are very finely and accurately machined and when inserted into the torx fastener or screw there is no play at all. The tips are designed so that they will go into the screw as deep as needed. The 2 inch lenght will give you a little more reach than a standard size bit. The fit all 1/4 inch chucks and they are also compatible with drivers with a locking, quick release collar. For home or on the job these are going to last a long time.
