I put together a 45×80 metal building. It had approximately 350, 3/4 and 7/8 size nuts and bolts. yes the crew broke three of them using the impact drill guns,,, but when you look at the the size the tool vs. the size of the nuts and bolts and the number of impacts and the ease of operation using the impact drill and adapter I honestly don’t blamed the adapter,,,, what it saved me in time and labor to replace three adapters was WELL WORTH the costs, instead of using a bigger set of tools for the same result,,, I’m sure they would have dropped twice that many large impact setups at a much higher cost to replace.. good job to Milwaukee for getting this tool put

I was using it with Dewalt DCF886 which max torque is rated aprox. 170Nm an it was working fine, but today i broke it using new Milwaukee impact driver rated over 200Nm. I bought two of these adapters and I wonder, if I was unlucky or Milwaukee Fuel impact driver gen 2 is too powerful for this adapter.

I’ve used and abused these adapters and have broken a few over the years , both Milwaukee and most of the competitors, it was no fault of the adapters mind you. that being said the Milwaukee’s hold up twice as long as any other one one I’ve found, they’re the only one’s I’ll buy now. great quality at a great price.
