I was using them to cut Titian and they went through it really easily at first but dulled faster than I expected. The 18tpi are doing a much better job for what I need to do.

This is the only model and brand I have ever purchased, so my review is a bit biased. These band saw blades work well for the light duty metal and plastic cutting I do..that is angle iron (steel) and bolts. I was not aware of the hardness of metal files, and in attempts to cut through, dulled my blade. I find the blades to be quite durable and long lasting on “softer” materials. I very much recommend these blades with a note…they may or may not cut through “some” materials.

Use this for a portable band saw I use to cut annealed high carbon steel. These blades last much longer than similar competitors. They kink much less and do not snap as quickly when worn.

Be prepared to occasionally get a blade that doesn’t cut well. Not sure why this happens but every so often a blade dulls within its first use.

Great value, fast service, and as a contractor I truly appreciate that. I just wish my local Home Depot would carry something like this in store. In Baldwin Park, CA they will sell you the saw but not the blades. It’s like buying a new car without the tires. Glad that the online store has this great product available in a sensible quantity!
