I bought this blade for my DeWalt bandsaw because they didn’t have any DeWalt blades in stock. I like the DeWalt blades more due to them having debris removal grooves on the blade every 1.5 or 2 inches. So far…..They do cut just fine.

Cuts great, but the weld on it is terrible and i don’t think it will last very long. Feels like it is going to snap any second.

Purchased for back up blades when the one that came with my Ridgid 18 volt Compact Band Saw needs replaced. The welds on the blades appears to be ground flat and true. Quality of blades on visual inspection appears good. Cutting teeth are sharp and correctly cut into blade material. Good price point and standard stock item at my store location. Happy with purchase.

I was looking for back-up replacement blades for my Ryobi bandsaw, (I just installed my last one). The Ryobi blade I was using broke at the weld. The new Ryobi blade looks very vulnerable in the weld area as well. I found these Milwaukee blades at Home Depot, (perfect fit for my Ryobi). I looked them over pretty good, especially in the weld area. I realize the weld area needs to be ground down to match the thickness of the rest of the blade, but the seam is so visible and looks so susceptible to breakage. In addition, a couple of the teeth in that area are practically non-existent because of the weld spill-over. I believe they could have been cleaned up a little better to avoid that “clunk” as it passes over the cutting surface, and puting undue stress on the joint. I don’t use the saw real often and it will likely be awhile before I start using these Milwaukee blades. If I find out they hold up better than expected, I will most certainly update my review. I don’t want to take anything away from Milwaukee quality in other areas. I have many Milwaukee, (and Ryobi) tools in my arsenal, and Milwaukee has served me well for many years.
