These blades are awesome. I purchased these blades to cut Unistrut. I was using a Dewalt blade that came with my Dewalt saw that was a 18 tooth per inch blade. It cut well but was slow. I bought these and what a difference I set my saw on speed 3 and it takes just a few seconds to cut through the strut. definitely worth the money. The blades seem to last longer also.

These are absolutely great blades from a brand you can trust and manufactured for their own saw so you know you have a guaranteed fit. Installation is a breeze if you just follow the instruction included with your saw or just reverse the process of removal. The TPI is great for all of the railing I have been cutting and makes easy work of it if you just allow the weight of the tool itself to cut and it cuts like butter with very clean cuts with few burrs if any. I have been alternating between 3 different versions of these blades based on what I am cutting since there are solid bars, hollow tubes of varying wall thickness and size and pretty much can handle everything within reason. Obviously, the blades may last longer cutting only thin wall tubing versus solid and I have not had them long enough to understand long term lasting cutting ability. The best deal is the bulk pack if you use the saw enough to warrant it. I would almost go so far as to say 25 blades might just last the life of the saw.

The fact that these band saw blades bear the Milwaukee name should almost make a review completely unnecessary. I have been using my Milwaukee deep cut band saw for years and I have over time tried several brand of blades from bargain to other name brand. As usual, you get what you pay for and if you don’t feel like having a blade let you down in the middle of a cut, then stick with what you know is best and cut for hours without changing a blade. Highly recommend and would buy again and again.

the milwaukee deep cut 8/10tpi band saw blades cut and hold up very good. The tooth pattern on the blades provide a nice bite with out being too aggressive. The blades hold the teeth and sharpness very good. The blades don’t tend to get over heated and burnt as long as you take it easy and don’t force your way through the cut. Depending on what and how big of a cut you’re making especially if you’re cutting metal i would still recommend use some oil or other lubricating liquid to stop any burning or scorching of the blade or material.

Works great in my Milwaukee portable bandsaw. Cuts through metal with ease. Tin and other thin metals will cut, but you have to go very slow. Very little flex while cutting with these blades. Excellent quality compared to some I have used. As long as you keep the correct tension on these blades they should last quite a while. I highly recommended blades.

I used these high quality blades to cut 1/8 mild steel angle iron and they did a great job. The tooth count is made for cutting thinner metals and they cut the angle like it was butter. I was making several brackets and had a over a dozen cuts to make and the blade was just as sharp on the last cut as it was on the first. Buying in volume save you just over a dollar per blade so if you do a lot of fabrication like I do volume is the way to go.

The Milwaukee M18 Deep Cut Band Saw is an absolutely fantastic tool. For the pro user, what better blade to pair it with than with these, with their in-bulk savings.Milwaukee offers these 25-packs in a variety of different tooth counts. Match the TPI to the material you’re cutting properly – for both cutting efficiency, and to avoid tooth damage. The principle is to always have a minimum of 3 teeth in the material. For thick metals, these 8/10 TPI are a great choice.

As always from this great company, these are great long lasting and fast cutting blades! They easily cut through thick metal and do it fairly quickly too! They aren’t designed for thin metal so if you can only get one type of blade I would get the thin metal blades since you still can cut thick metal with those it will just take more time. These thick metal blades catch on real thin metal.

This Milwaukee blade is perfect for cutting pipe, bolts, steel rod, PVC pipe and even large gauge electrical wire. I find that the 10 TPI blades are superior for softer materials and the 12-14 TPI blades are the best for solid steel an even work on hardened steel. They last really well until you really push them with hardened steel. Use the slow speed. Using the band saw is much safer and neater than using a cut off wheel in a angle grinder. I find cable and large electrical wire cut easiest if you put them in a vice. I really love my Milwaukee band saw.

High quality saw blades as all Milwaukee products I’ve used before. I really like the company because their instruments can use any DIY person reaching good results. Say true, I don’t need to cut a lot of metal and I don’t do it too often. So I cannot tell how long it will last for a professionals, but for me it will work forever. It’s easy to install and it makes nice cuts. I am impressed by the cutting speed and easy operation.

This package is a real humdinger! It has 25 blades for those jobs that demand cut after cut. But I have found that you won’t have to change blades as often with these fine ones from Milwaukee! These 8-10 TPI will cut just about any metal you have to cut, from iron pipe to motorcycle frames. I have even used these to make slices of wood for my smoker. They work in all portable bandsaws that accept 44 7/8″ blades. Good thing, too because my M18 bandsaw developed legs and walked off. I just wish I had Milwakee’s One Key attached to it, but that is another story. These blades just keep on cutting, and this has TWENTY-FIVE blades in a box!

This is a 25 pack of 44-7/8 inch Bi-Metal 12/14 TPI Variable pitch metal cutting bandsaw blades. The area where the blade is welded together is one of the more important areas on a bandsaw blade. Milwaukee did a fine job making sure that these blades are uniform in thickness and alignment (See photo). These blades run smoothly without any interruption when the welded section passes the cutting area and blade guides. The 12/14 TPI (Teeth Per Inch) confuses many people. The blade is a variable pitch which means teeth of the blade are 12 TPI in some places, and 14 TPI in others. This creates sections with teeth of two different sizes, and gullets. This is done to reduce harmonics, vibrations and chatter, and is most noticeable when cutting pipe or tubing. When you cut a pipe, the blade has more surface contact when cutting the top section and bottom portion of the pipe, but only has a small surface contact area when cutting the middle of the pipe where it is just cutting thru the two thin walled sides of the pipe. A variable pitch blade can accommodate cutting both thin and thick cross sections without changing out the blade. This 44-7/8 inch size blade is used on many different brands of small and portable bandsaws, and is often listed in metric which would be a length of 1139mm or 1140mm.With a 12/14 TPI blade, these are better suited for cutting thin material. You would want a courser blade (8/10 TPI) for cutting thick materials which Milwaukee also makes. These blades are Made in the USA.

The 44-7/8 in. 8/10 TPI Metal Deep Cut Portable Extreme Band Saw Blade (25-Pack) is a great deal from Milwaukee and comes in a convenient card board packing that also doubles as a storage case for the blades with a cutout in the middle to take blades out and also easy to hang on walls or lay flat. The blades cut great and are very durable I have made at least a 100 cuts in 1/8 square tubing and still cutting strong.

This blade is cutting through some very thick steel. Solid plate 1/2″ and 1″ thick no problem. Extremely pleased!

Cutting saddles for single rail pipe fence and was able to cut over 100 posts compared to 20 or 30 with the regular blades.

May be it’s my mistake, but I use it cutting soft and hard plastic pipes too and it performs perfectly. Big thanks to the company from DIY people like me.
