Milwaukee’s wood cutting, fine finish blades provide cleaner cuts and cutting efficiencies to improve your productivity. An ATB tooth pattern minimizes tearout in the cut material. An anti-friction coating keeps the blade cool while cutting and resists corrosion and gumming. Laser cutting technology creates the blade from 100% sheet steel to ensure a stable blade that increases cutting accuracy. Laser cut vibration slots minimize wobble and warping during use. A thin kerf design delivers faster cuts as well as more cuts per charge when using a cordless tool.
- Anti-friction coating
- Laser cut from sheet steel
- Polymer filled vibration slots
- Alternate-tooth bevel (ATB) pattern
- Cobalt infused tungsten carbide
- Thin kerf blade
- Optimized for both cordless and corded tools
- 40-tooth; 5/8 in. arbor hole with diamond knock-out
- Great for use with: softwoods, hardwoods, malamine, MDF, veneered plywoods, wet lumber, treated lumber and laminated woods such as plywood, OSB, LVL, PSL, LSL and OSL

This blade is SHARP. I am using it on a DeWalt 20 Volt battery saw and it slices through material with almost no effort. I got it for use in thin material like plywood and it does a great job with minimal splintering. It tracks straight and has a very narrow kerf. I have always bought top quality blades for use on my portable saw since it has less power than a corded saw. This blade seems to be as good or better than the other blades I have been using. It has relief slots to keep it from warping when it gets hot and has a nonstick/low friction coating. I am just glad that more manufacturers are coming out with 6 ½” blades for battery saws. Since this blade did so well in plywood I tried it out on 2×6 Douglass fir and it went through it without a hitch. I normally use a worm drive saw for framing work and I am either going to get the 7 1/4” version for my big saw or use the 6 ½” blades on the worm drive. Since these blades have a diamond knockout I could easily install them on a full size saw and only lose about 3/8” of cutting depth.

I’m a trim carpenter for the past twenty years. One of the best blades for the money. I have tried a lot of them. Great product.

I needed new blades for my small cordless circular saw and thought the Milwaukee blade would be worth a try. The description of a fine finish 36 tooth blade made me wonder about the “fine finish” performance that this blade would produce. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. I immediately bolted it onto my saw and tried it on some scrap pieces of trim that I had. These pieces were already finished, so I thought that would be a good test for the “fineness”. On the ¾” quarter round, it did a nice job but there were some very small splinters chipped out. You really had to look to see them and they could have been covered with a little stain and would never be noticeable. Next I tried the blade on a piece of 5” baseboard that was also finished. The same for this piece, small pieces splintered out. I then did what I frequently do with this type of wood and taped the line where I was going to cut with painters tape. That took care of the splintering issue and the pieces looked great. The saw went through it smoothly and easily.I then thought I would try it on a 2” X 4”. It went through the board very easily and left a very nice cut. There was also a little soft wood splintering on the end. It didn’t matter on this piece, as it was going into framing for a wall. I was very happy with this cut also.I love these little cordless saws, as I frequently need to cut only a piece of two, and dislike dragging out a long extension cord for the bigger power saw and really don’t like getting out my miter saw on a stand if I don’t have to. A lot of my work is at remote locations anyway and there may be electrical service nearby, or there may not be. This little blade does the trick and I will definitely buy more of them.

Great blade, had a ton of oak to cut and it held up well.

This is a first rate saw blade. With 60 teeth, it is most often thought of as a plywood blade. But I wanted to try it on maple, wenge, padauk, and purpleheart. I was making some end grain cutting boards and needed very smooth cuts on the edges for my glue ups. I had to cut just a bit off all the edges to straighten the boards, as shown in the photos. The blade performed very well. The cuts, even on the wenge (which is a very hard wood) was clean and crisp and allowed my glue ups to go without issue. Maple can also be a problem at times as I have had saw blades chatter when finishing the cut. That did not happen with this blade. Very smooth and very precise.

MIlwauki saw blades always give me good service and stand up well, even with poor quality wood products. I just use as directed and keep them sharp. I use the fine finish blades for MDF and Melamine to get a great cut for shelves and such, no sanding required. These blade are also coated with something like an anti-stick layer that keeps them from gumming up like uncharted blade sometimes do with laminates and rough plywood.

Very clean cut with extremely low vibration and noise.

Smooth and accurate cutting for my circular saw. The fine cuts really give wood a nice finish. I have yet to try it on other material but it rips through heavy duty lumber easily.

Good blade! Lots of 4×4 cuts and still in good shape.
