Milwaukee’s wood cutting, ultra-fine finish blades provide a smooth finish and cutting efficiencies to improve your productivity. A High-ATB tooth pattern provides a superior finish with minimal tearout in the cut material. An anti-friction coating keeps the blade cool while cutting and resists corrosion and gumming. Laser cutting technology creates the blade from 100% sheet steel to ensure a stable blade that increases cutting accuracy. Laser cut vibration slots minimize wobble and warping during use. A thin kerf design delivers faster cuts as well as more cuts per charge when using a cordless tool.

A nice fine finish blade that performs very well without gumming up thanks to the anti- friction coating. This 10 inch 80 tooth saw blade is well designed and high quality. I typically use the DIABLO Red saw blades from Freud America, Inc. for my ultra fine finish saw blade needs and also have used several construction series blades from Dewalt. This blade is a competitor for the Diablo 80 tooth blade but the Diablo does cut a little cleaner in my opinion. It has the same price point and cut the several project panel veneered plywood sheets with ease and cut a 2 1/2″ butcher block top without bogging or any tear out. A little sanding with a finish sander and the table top was ready to go. As for the longevity of this blade I can only say that it is still as sharp as it was when installed on my saw and only time will tell but I do not see it getting dull any time soon.

This is a first rate saw blade. With 60 teeth, it is most often thought of as a plywood blade. But I wanted to try it on maple, wenge, padauk, and purpleheart. I was making some end grain cutting boards and needed very smooth cuts on the edges for my glue ups. I had to cut just a bit off all the edges to straighten the boards, as shown in the photos. The blade performed very well. The cuts, even on the wenge (which is a very hard wood) was clean and crisp and allowed my glue ups to go without issue. Maple can also be a problem at times as I have had saw blades chatter when finishing the cut. That did not happen with this blade. Very smooth and very precise.

I have several saw blades with different tooth counts for cutting different types of material. My blade for cutting finished plywood and other thin woods was worn out. I’ve been having good luck with Milwaukee products lately and this saw blade is no exception. It cuts very easily and leaves as smooth a cut as you could expect. There is no binding to the wood and no extra load on the motor. It’s like cutting butter. If it lasts a while, which it appears it will, I’ll be very happy.

Used this thin kerf blade for putting up some shiplap siding. It was a stained shiplap to so I wanted to insure chipping was minimal. A thin blade and many toothed blade helped to insure the wood didn’t chip or splinter. After a wall; probably 60-80 cuts the blade is still as sharp as when it came out of its package. So I expect the blade to last a long time.
