Milwaukee’s wood cutting, fine finish blades provide cleaner cuts and cutting efficiencies to improve your productivity. An ATB tooth pattern minimizes tearout in the cut material. An anti-friction coating keeps the blade cool while cutting and resists corrosion and gumming. Laser cutting technology creates the blade from 100% sheet steel to ensure a stable blade that increases cutting accuracy. 10 in. blades are ring tensioned to further stabilize the blade. Laser cut vibration slots minimize wobble and warping during use. A thin kerf design delivers faster cuts as well as more cuts per charge when using a cordless tool.

Used this thin kerf blade for putting up some shiplap siding. It was a stained shiplap to so I wanted to insure chipping was minimal. A thin blade and many toothed blade helped to insure the wood didn’t chip or splinter. After a wall; probably 60-80 cuts the blade is still as sharp as when it came out of its package. So I expect the blade to last a long time.

I have used 40 tooth 6.5″ circular saw blade from several manufacturer’s. This one certainly ranks as good as any of the ones that I have purchased. It installed on my saw without difficulty. It tracked very well. Even without some blue tape, the initial cuts were very smooth. I don’t recall seeing these blades for sale at Home Depot. I hope that they start carrying them. I like Milwaukee accessories very much. I have too much invested in other brands of cordless tools to make the switch at this point. There are times that I wish that I would have started with Milwaukee.

The blade has a uniform coating; lies flat and is well-balanced at no-load running speed in my saw. I used it overhead in a sliding compound miter saw to cut paint grade poplar crown moldings. There was no chipping or tear outs. On walnut and cherry built-up crown assemblies I got similar results by judiciously lowering my cutting speed (blade advance speed). Even long tapered back slash joints required no sanding prior to assembly. Also I decided to put the blade in a table saw and produce some cabinet panels from hardwood veneer plywood. Of course I worked with finish side and face-down. Of several species tested, none produced splinters. I attribute those fine cuts to the high angle of the alternate tooth bevel. This seems to have the same effect as pre-scoring the cut line. I did not measure the angle with a protractor; but it does appear that the pitch of the tooth chisel edges versus the plane of the blade is steeper than that on many similar products. The blade did not gum up or scorch. Because of its fine results thus far, I do not think it sensible to dedicate this blade to high production rates; so I’ve not tested it under rapid use conditions. I will, however, continue to look at its longevity until sharpening – and until visible deterioration of the coating. So far, so good.

Performs as advertised. Thin kerf for less material waste; did not bind on hardwoods; fit the M12 cordless circular saw from Milwaukee.

I needed new blades for my small cordless circular saw and thought the Milwaukee blade would be worth a try. The description of a fine finish 36 tooth blade made me wonder about the “fine finish” performance that this blade would produce. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. I immediately bolted it onto my saw and tried it on some scrap pieces of trim that I had. These pieces were already finished, so I thought that would be a good test for the “fineness”. On the ¾” quarter round, it did a nice job but there were some very small splinters chipped out. You really had to look to see them and they could have been covered with a little stain and would never be noticeable. Next I tried the blade on a piece of 5” baseboard that was also finished. The same for this piece, small pieces splintered out. I then did what I frequently do with this type of wood and taped the line where I was going to cut with painters tape. That took care of the splintering issue and the pieces looked great. The saw went through it smoothly and easily.I then thought I would try it on a 2” X 4”. It went through the board very easily and left a very nice cut. There was also a little soft wood splintering on the end. It didn’t matter on this piece, as it was going into framing for a wall. I was very happy with this cut also.I love these little cordless saws, as I frequently need to cut only a piece of two, and dislike dragging out a long extension cord for the bigger power saw and really don’t like getting out my miter saw on a stand if I don’t have to. A lot of my work is at remote locations anyway and there may be electrical service nearby, or there may not be. This little blade does the trick and I will definitely buy more of them.

I’m a trim carpenter for the past twenty years. One of the best blades for the money. I have tried a lot of them. Great product.

works like a hot knife thru butter. Very smooth cut without splintering.

Excellent saw blade, cuts like it’s going through butter.

this blade does a fine job on pine, but when used on 3/4 inch plywood it tends to splinter the downside. Have used it for a couple of weeks in my hobby woodworking shop, so its not like it gets used every day. Don’t know how long it will last.

I have been using this blade in a rigid contractors saw for a few weeks. I have used it on a variety of thicknesses with very equal outcome. The blade does a good job on plywood and MDF materials. I have also used it on pine lumber of differing thickness. I have no complaints and the blade cuts like the wood is soft as butter. This must be from the laser cut to help cut wobble and vibration. Milwaukee came out with a good blade.

I have several saw blades with different tooth counts for cutting different types of material. My blade for cutting finished plywood and other thin woods was worn out. I’ve been having good luck with Milwaukee products lately and this saw blade is no exception. It cuts very easily and leaves as smooth a cut as you could expect. There is no binding to the wood and no extra load on the motor. It’s like cutting butter. If it lasts a while, which it appears it will, I’ll be very happy.

Full disclosure, I’m not an expert however I’m a big fan of Milwaukee stuff. It basically just couldn’t cut 3/4 thick red oak boards (M12 system saw). No worries Mil, I’ll try again.

Using this on my Milwaukee battery powered mitre saw. Just trimmed an entire basement with it and it is still nice and sharp. So far so good.
