Milwaukee’s wood cutting, general purpose blades maximize life and cutting efficiencies to improve your productivity. An anti-friction coating keeps the blade cool while cutting and resists corrosion and gumming. Laser cutting technology creates the blade from 100% sheet steel to ensure a stable blade that increases cutting accuracy. 12 in. blades are ring tensioned to further stabilize the blade. Laser cut vibration slots minimize wobble and warping during use. A thin kerf design delivers faster cuts as well as more cuts per charge when using a cordless tool.

This saw blade is very good. The teeth are sharp and after a bit of use they look strong. The painted surface appears to be slick and the standard kerf keeps the thickness of the disk easily slide through the material. The blade has little bend or flex and it keeps straight through the cuts of many thicknesses of material. A great blade and I will buy the 10 inch for the table saw as a general purpose blade.

Just tried out this 12″, 44 tooth General Purpose Circular Saw Blade, by Milwaukee, yesterday afternoon. The blade cuts well and straight with no wobble or unusual noises The blade has several relief patterns cut into it to reduce ringing and shrieking that you hear on several other manufacturer blades. Not quiet, but the whole compound miter saw is a noisy machine. The blade is balanced quite nicely also. The cuts made so far have all been very smooth with no blowout at the end of a cut. No bugging down in a 2×8 crosscut either. Time will tell the tale of longevity, but it looks like a winner for my current framing project.

When I purchased my miter saw it came equipped with the standard 60 tooth 12″ blade which I thought worked ok. Now I have the newer technology employed by Milwaukee in a 12″ blade with carbide tips and small laser slices in the blade body. To date I have cut mostly 4×4 posts which were sliced through with ease a nice smooth even cut with no slow down or over heating. This is better than the standard blade provided by the saw manufacturer
