Milwaukee metal circular saw blades were specifically designed to exceed the expectations of contractors for blade life, cut quality, and speed in the most demanding metal cutting applications without a lubricant. A hand-tensioned, hardened alloy steel body extends blade life and delivers the highest quality cuts available. Carbide tipped teeth with Alternate Top Bevel grind shear through metal leaving burr-free, cool-to-touch cuts. Designed for use with the M18 FUEL Cordless 5-3/8 in. – 5-7/8 ft. Metal Saw, these blades feature a thin kerf that reduces the amount of drag and resistance while cutting, resulting in more cuts per charge.
- Dry cuts-eliminates the need for lubricants, saving time and money
- Cool cuts-reduces heat build-up in cut material, leaving material cool to the touch and able to be handled right away
- Clean cuts-eliminates burrs, leaving safer to handle material and no need to clean up after cut
- Thin kerf design-faster cuts, better precision, and better cuts per charge
- Kerf thickness 0.063 in.
- Max RPM-4,500
- Arbor size 20 mm

This blade is great. Seems to last a long time and is thin enough to not lose too much material. It seems safer than a grinder and less metal dust. Easier to clean up with a magnet. This blade is being run on a Milwaukee metal cutting saw and cuts steel like butter. I use it only for light steel. Much better than nippers or snips. The saw doesn’t tell max thickness of material but it is great for home uses. I need to get one for aluminum soon.

This saw blade is acceptable for light duty metal cutting. It does work the best for non ferrous metals. The key is limited blade exposure and using a saw with sufficient RPM and power to keep the blade speed up and not stall. It will work well on light duty sheet metal, aluminum sheeting, metal roofing and gutter components. Extreme care should be taken to prevent kickbacks by limiting the blade exposure.

5-7/8 IN. X 34-TOOTH FERROUS METAL CUTTING SAW BLADE is accurate in its cut. 5-7/8 IN. X 34-TOOTH FERROUS METAL CUTTING SAW BLADE is durable, Long-Lasting, Strong, and Sturdy. 5-7/8 IN. X 34-TOOTH FERROUS METAL CUTTING SAW BLADE is to install and Easy to Use. 5-7/8 IN. X 34-TOOTH FERROUS METAL CUTTING SAW BLADE is a Good Size and a Weight. I recommend this saw blade to any one cutting metal.

When I received this blade and tried to install it I found that it has a 20mm arbor size. Everything I own including two worm drive circular saws, two miter saws, and a cordless circular saw have 5/8” arbors. I rechecked the package and there is no indication on the package of the arbor size. I had to purchase a bushing to be able to use this blade on any of my saws. I had to find the bushing online since nobody, including The Home Depot, had a 20mm bushing. In my opinion that confirms that 20mm is an unusual size. If the blade is going to have a non-standard arbor the packaging should indicate that clearly. All of this is too bad because once I got the blade installed it worked great. I got this blade to use in my DeWalt cordless 6” saw. I have a Skil worm drive metal cutting saw but it is heavy duty and a lot of the time I just need to cut light material like water pipe, electrical conduit or thin gauge sheet metal. This blade cuts thin material quickly and without any burrs. None of the things that I cut heated up nor did the blade get hot. Except for the arbor size issue this is a great saw blade. Would it be possible if Milwaukee is going to use a 20mm arbor to either include a bushing or have a 5/8” arbor hole that can be knocked out to 20mm.

The blade is very sharp and maintained it sharpness through at least 10 cuts of least four feet in length. It is made of hard steel and by a company that I have known to trust their products. The blade fit both my small battery operated circular saw and my larger electric saw but would strongly recommend that it be used only on the smaller circular saw.

Not as tough as the 5-3/8″ blade. It cuts deeper, but the smaller blade greatly outlasts this one.
