The Milwaukee 10 inch 50 carbide teeth metal cutting circular saw blade is well made and designed to get the job done. It is rated for cutting steel and aluminum in medium 1/16 to 3/16 thickness. I found it to adequate for the job and easy to work with. I especially liked the packaging that provides easy removal from the plastic sleeve and easy storage after use.

I only use MILWAUKEE 7-1/4 IN. X 48 CARBIDE TEETH METAL CUTTING CIRCULAR SAW BLADE for any medium to heavy metal cutting job I have. The cobalt infused tungsten carbide has laser cut vibration holes (see closeup photo of blade) that keeps the blade from wobbling and warping. I really like the fact that these blades don’t get as hot as others tend to do and they last much longer than any other brand I’ve tried. I highly recommend these. TIP: wear proper eye protection when cutting metal.

I used this blade to cut a steel 1/2 inch pipe. The blade made a straight and accurate cut with a little debris coming of the blade. Recommend glasses and ear protection since the blade is throwing pieces when cutting through steel. I placed the blade on a circular saw and my only suggestion is that they put a notch so it sits better on the saw. The blade is rated for thin through thick metal, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and fiberglass. I wish they made this in the USA, not China.

I have used a few metal-cutting blades in the past, but this is one of the smoothest I have seen. As you can see from the pictures below, the faces of the cuts almost have a ‘polished’ appearance. The have a very smooth and clean look, with no secondary cleanup required. When welding the pieces, all I had to do was bevel the edge and I was ready to go.The blade has a 1″ arbor, which fits most metal-cutting saws It even fits my old Makita ‘grinder’ chop with no adapters required. You can go from throwing sparks all over your workshop to a clean, almost spark-free cut by just replacing the blade.I made about 20 cuts using light pressure, and each one turned out beautiful. I don’t know how long it will last, but I’m sold on it for sure.

The MILWAUKEE 7 IN. X 48 CARBIDE TEETH metal cutting circular saw blade is designed to cut stainless steel, aluminum, and steel with a clean and smooth cut. Until we got this blade we were cutting metal with a jig saw or Sawzall, even tin snips, and this blade makes cutting metal smooth, cool, quick and consistent. Use it in a chop saw or circular saw.

Cuts 1/8” aluminum well, fits nicely on a Ryobi 7” brushless circular saw. My tools are Ryobi, with all my batteries, so I wanted this blade on my existing saw. The Ryobi has a smaller mounting hole than this saw blade, but luckily provides a beveled washer/arbor to accommodate different hole sizes. The blade cut both aluminum 1/8 sheet and 3/16” angle easily enough. I would recommend this for cutting at a job site or for oversized items that can’t easily fit into a bandsaw. Compared to my 10” cross-cut saw, this has a thinner kerf. My video shows how to change the blade on a Ryobi saw (many other brands operate the same way) and demonstrate an actual aluminum plate cut.

Milwaukee 6-1/2 in. x 48 Carbide Teeth Metal Cutting Circular Saw Blade Love these tool replacements from them. I totally burnt up my last blade on my battery operated power saw on a previous job or two. Found this one which had multiple serious cutting teeth that actually fit on my saw. This is truly a universal blade and top quality as well. Makes short work of my cutting projects. Just make sure the circumference matches you saw dimensions and it bolts right up and ready for use.

This will come in handy when we start installing metal sheeting under our deck for a closed overhang. We have a Milwaukee circular saw with the 7″ blade and will use this one for our project. We like the Milwaukee brand, it has been reliable and easy to use for both myself and my husband. This should be good to use for dry metal cutting. The blades feature Carbide-Tipped Teeth with Alternate Top Bevel grind enabling users to shear through metal delivering you burr-free, cool-to-touch cuts.

The Milwaukee 7-1/4 inch metal blade is an absolute pleasure to use.I am mending some gutters that have become worn and was using a hack saw to cut the gutters. This metal cutting blade is a godsend. Slices through aluminun gutters like butter!I am using the Milwaukee metal blade in my Ridgid cordless circular saw and the blade leaves a very clean cut. Now I’m only cutting through thin metal right now, and so far I’m extremely pleased with the cut quality of the blade. This blade is rated to slice through angle iron and metal up to half an inch thick. Holy moly, can’t wait to use this blade on my other projects at the farm house! I’ll probably use it cut down some iron rods to shape a barn door stop rod I’ve been meaning to make for ages!I am very pleased with this blade.HIghly recommended.

This Milwaukee 12 inch carbide teeth X 60 saw blade cuts through wood like butter (but so does any new blade). It is flat and true. It should last a long time on my miter saw. I do wish the blade manufacturers would consider some other than white, red, etc paint as it does leave a mark on the wood many times that has to be sanded off. A clear coated or bare blade would be better.

A hand-tensioned, hardened alloy steel body extends blade life and delivers the highest quality cuts available. Carbide tipped teeth with Alternate Top Bevel grind shear through metal leaving burr-free, cool-to-touch cuts. Designed for use with the M18 Cordless 5-3/8 in. Metal Saw, these blades feature a thin kerf that reduces the amount of drag and resistance while cutting, resulting in more cuts per charge.

Be Careful with this blade! Max 2000 RPM limit! Excellent blade for the correct (slower) saw. Most 12-inch wood working miter and chop saws and abrasive cut off saws run from 3500 to 4000 RPM. That is WAY too fast for this blade. If you have the correct saw for this blade (12-inch, 1-inch arbor, running below 2000 RPM), it is an awesome tool. Teeth are beautifully polished. Seems a shame to cut metal with it. ha ha.The package says it is recommended for medium (1/8 inch to 1/4 inch) and thick (1/4 inch to 1/2 inch) metal. The front of the blade says it is for Steel, Aluminum, Strut, AllThread, and Angle Iron.It IS NOT recommended for cutting Stainless Steel. It has a 1″ (25.4mm) arbor

This is a great metal-cutting blade for any circular saw. I used it to cut sheet metal for a pole barn I am building, and this blade (in combination with my Milwaukee cordless circular saw) was definitely up for the job. It cut through the sheet metal with ease, and left a nice clean edge on the sheets of steel. As with any metal-cutting job, make sure to wear gloves and eye protection, because this blade produces a lot of hot shavings (as expected). Also be careful to not throw away the arbor adapter that comes with the blade. The 20mm arbor hole was too large for my saw, so I had to dig through the trash to find the clear arbor adapter that was included.

It might seem crazy that you can actually cut metal by using a carbide blade and not a fiber blade. But yes, you can with these blades. The types of blades leave a cleaner cut than regular fiber blades, and tend to cut cooler. You have to allow the blade to cut as you feed and not push the blade through as you would cutting wood or plastic. the blade leaves a fine finish that needs little dressing. I prefer this type of blade over fiber.

This Milwaukie carbide saw blade is really nice. It cuts clean and says it cuts cooler, although I hadn’t noticed either way on that. This blade is recommended for cutting 1/4″ – 1/8″ medium metal. It has a longer blade life compared to previous generations of Milwaukie circular saw blades. Instructions are written in English, Spanish and French. Recommended use for hand held circular saws. Made in China.
