As usual with Milwaukee products, you can feel the quality of this blade just by taking it out of the package. The specs changed on the project I was going to use this for so I haven’t used it yet. I did include pictures of the packaging which does include blade specifications and also a picture so you can really get a good look at the teeth on this blade!

We use almost anything for cutting metal from torches to tin snips. Other than the metal circular saw that we have been using for years which has been god sent for grating and other thin plate metal, this is the best. The electricians on site were using it in there chop saw to cut various material from aluminum to galvanized unistrut then we used it for regular mild steel 2″x2″x1/4″ angle to 3/8″ angle and 1/4″ kickplate

This blade cuts thru metals like butter without all the aggressive attitude of an abrasive saw. You done have to worry about those annoying burrs cause this blade clean cuts without the need for oils or lubricants. Cuts up to a thickness of 1/4″. Can also cut plastic and fiberglass

This is a great metal cutting blade. I used it to cut some metal edging while doing some landscaping. It cut through the fairly substantial edging as if it were butter. I used this blade on my hand held Milwaukee metal saw and the two are a perfect match. I cut several sections of the edging, and when I was done, even though some of the graphics on the blade were smeared, the teeth seemed hardly used and remained sharp. This blade should last for a long time.

I tested this blade on thick aluminum extrusions and 3/4 inch STAINLESS steel tubing. Examine the close up photos to see the results! To get clean square cross-cuts like these, I use a common “speed-square” as a straight-edge.One reason this blade cuts so cleanly is the SHAPE of the teeth. Notice the supporting edge BEHIND each tooth. That little curved section prevents you from pushing to hard and cutting too fast. In turn, that makes each tooth take smaller “bites.” THAT helps keep the blade COOL. It helps to use a straight edge, even for short cuts. It also helps to support the material fully from beneath. You can use a sheet of foam insulation, or as I did here, an old hollow-core door. These blades can make beautiful, clean, cool cuts that only require a bare minimum of de-burring. Support the work well. Cut slowly. You can get GREAT results with this blade.

This blade on the Milwaukee circular saw cuts threw mild steel like a hot knife threw butter
