Milwaukee universal battery charger works like it should! Before you purchase this charger check that your nicd battery pack is working and holding charge with a multimeter! I had to revive my nicd battery with a 12 volt battery, My battery packs accepted the charge and is going strong.

This was purchased as a replacement for the old charger that died! This will work well for all my tools!

Reason for replacement was previous units (2) are easily ruined by the slightest moisture, top air vents allow any moisture (heavy dew) to short out power circuit board. Will keep this unit in garage and use the 12volt auto charger for on the job recharging.
