The M12 Compact Charger and Power Source provides convenient, on-the-go charging for all M12 Batteries both on and off the jobsite. Using the included Jobsite Tough Micro-USB cable and 2.1 Amp Wall Plug, the Compact Charger expands the portability of all M12 products. When not near an outlet, the Compact Charger is compatible with any USB output. Delivering additional functionality, the M12 Compact Charger and Power Source combines with any M12 Battery to provide fast, portable charging for electronic devices. It can also be used to power all models of M12 Heated Gear for increased functionality. Designed to maximize the versatility of the M12 System, the multi-function M12 Compact Charger and Power Source provides convenient portable charging for batteries and devices.

This is a great product! I’ve been using it for over a year and a half contantly…..charging M12 batteries. And charging laptops, cell phones…anything I have that uses the USB-A ….wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one once this one goes…but I am thinking it is going to be working a long time! I’d give it 5 stars!

Purchased with m12 fuel driver & impact kit, for one of my four batteries. It works well as a second charger and I like how it’s a micro usb charge kit. It does not charge as fast as primary charger and gets quite hot when charging.

I can highly recommend this Charger/Power source, I have quite a few 12 volt battery’s so I keep this handy in my truck. When my phone battery starts going dead, I can plug this power source in put it in my pocket and still be mobile after I out of my truck.

I have two other M12 series tools. This charger is very useful for quick alternate for a phone. What I like about this charger is out USB port and battery charge indicator lights. The charger looks little bigger than in photos online. The USB cord comes with is thick braided cord, but USB wall plug is small. I like that USB wall plug is small, makes it easier to use and carry around. All together it’s nice charger. It’s shows on the back of package how long, it takes to every version of all M12 batteries.

This charger works as described. Mainly use it for charging my phone during the day at the jobsite. and it works well for that. I normally charge the batteries in the big charger because I have that and the tools out anyway. I did charge one of the smaller batteries with cord and plug provided and it worked well. I have not researched if you can plug into lighter socket in truck if you were to use it for camping and no wall socket available 110v. The cord provided plugs right into my android phone. If you have a apple device you would have to provide your own charging cable. There is a USB out so it shouldn’t be an issue. My only recommendation is that it would have a case or rubber connection covers. the conditions at the jobsite are very dusty. I keep the unit and the cable in a baggie to keep junk from getting into plugs. Otherwise it is small and I keep it in my lunch box.
