The M18 FUEL SAWZALL Reciprocating Saw cuts faster than its corded counterparts and offers up to 2X more runtime and 5X longer tool life than competitive saws. The18-Volt lithium-ion SAWZALL features an adjustable shoe, integrated LED light and a hang hook for convenient storage on the job. The Milwaukee M18 and M12 Super Charger charges batteries up to 4X faster than standard Milwaukee chargers, massively reducing downtime and maximizing productivity. The charger accepts all M18 and M12 batteries, providing an upgrade for both M18 and M12 systems. M18 REDLITHIUM High output HD12.0 fully charges in only 1-hour. High output batteries are optimized for use with Super Charger, each built with premium components for superior charging capability. Our M18 REDLITHIUM High output XC8.0 Battery Pack provides you with 50% more power and runs 50% cooler verses our other M18 REDLITHIUM XC battery packs. The optimized combination of smaller size and increased power of the 18-Volt battery provides you with a great solution for the entire range of M18 products. The lithium-ion battery delivers fade-free power and runs substantially cooler through heavy applications, allowing you to push your cordless power tools throughout a wide application range. Love this charger for the High Output Battery series! It definitely chargers these batteries much faster than the Rapid Charger, and I like that it has a fan built in to keep the battery cool. The charger is a bit bulky compared to the Rapid Charger and the standard version, the price you pay for having a fan I guess. I bought this when it was a Special Buy of the Day for $179, pretty good deal to get the charger, which is normally $169 just on its own, and this 8.0 Ah battery along with it. These High Output Batteries are a must if you use the outdoor power equipment, like the chainsaw, Quik Lok, etc. Great buy!

Definitely the way to break into the newer/fast charge battery arrangement that Milwaukee is offering. The 8.0 replaces the 9.0 as my go to battery, definitely lower and more well balanced then the 9.0. Charge times are fantastically quick for both the m12 and m18 xc series batteries but don’t expect any change in charge time for the 18650 based batteries (older gen lithium ion cells. ) A must for anyone in the Milwaukee platform.
