Needed this with my electric jack hammer to disassemble a masonry patio. Made immediate use of this wide blade to dig holes in exceptionally hard, rocky soil. Had to place new bushes in specific spots and needed the jack hammer to do the job. It was easier than swinging a pick axe.

I have been a builder and remodeler for 50 years, and as such I have had many occasions where I had to use a SDS for a variety of jobs. But for the really tough jobs my cordless Milwaukee SDS MAX beaker really comes into its own. And this MILWAUKEE 2 IN. X 15 IN. SDS-MAX STEEL SCALING CHISEL does a beautiful job breaking up concrete, especially older and harder concrete. I like Milwaukee tools for their rugged, heavy duty tools, and this bit is no exception. This no cheap made in china tool, (see the photo). I am won over!

This Milwaukee chisels is made from high grade, forged steel that will last longer than the other brands. The chisels are ideal of cleaning concrete and removing scale and rust. I used it for removing ceramic tile off my concrete floors. It work really work well get it tile and mortar up. It made the job a lot easier. Chisel is made in the USA with Global Materials.

I did not check the shank size versus my hammer drills before ordering this and I should have. I was not surprised it did not fit my little Skil battery powered drill but I was surprised it did not fit my big HF hammer drill. I guess there are bigger drills out there. It seems well made and machined but I would know more if it had fit one of my drills. I downgraded it a bit because it arrived with a few shallow rust spots on the shank. Seems like a good option IF it fitts your equipment.
