This is a good chisel – I used to get through asphalt and concrete to install a handicap sign. It made work a bit easier. It also holds up well for some time.

We used this tool to bust up old tile on our floors and Even though it was a very messy, dusty, time consuming project we couldn’t have done it without this tool!!! Plus we saved ourselves about $7grand! & we still have many, many more uses of this chisel before having to replace!-matter of fact, we will probably never have to buy another one because this one still looks brand new as it is!!

I like the Milwalkie bits. I have had good luck with them and they have held up well boring through asphalt and concrete.I am still using several of these bits. This one helped make a large hole fairly quickly as I need to dig out a hole and install a handicap pole.

I am remodeling my bathrooms. I am using this chisel with my Makita hammer drill (also bought at Home Depot). I set the Makita to hammer only. The chisel works well at removing the old porcelain tile. It also worked well at cleaning up any leftover cement/mortar. There appears to be negligible wear on the blade of the chisel. I would definitely buy this chisel again

This tool performed flawlessly for about 9 hours of neat continuous use. Unfortunately it broke at the shank. It could possibly be that it “dry fired” and had no way of dissipating the energy once or twice after breaking through. I believe I got adequate use from the tool, but do be careful not to let it hammer without being in contact with something.
