THIN, 1 in. LIGHT HEAD with WIDE FLOOD BEAM. The Milwaukee USB Rechargeable Low-Profile Headlamp is powered by REDLITHIUM USB and delivers 600-lumens of TRUEVIEW High Definition Output. The flood light headlamp features an ultra-thin light head that provides an unobstructed view with 125° of flood beam coverage. The rechargeable headlamp is designed with the battery pack in the rear for maximum maneuverability in tight spaces and a balanced design for all-day use. The hardhat headlamp is equipped with a sweat absorbing microfiber strap for comfort on bare heads and four included hard hat clips for secure connections on all hardhats. The Milwaukee headlamp has four light output modes: High, Medium, Low and Eco for 25+ hours of runtime to maximize light output or extend runtime. The clip on hard hat light is IP54 rated for water and dust resistance and can withstand up to 2M drops, surviving the toughest conditions on and off the jobsite. This hard hat light performs with over 2,000 recharges and 3X faster charging via USB. The Milwaukee REDLITHIUM USB Battery can be recharged in the headlamp light via Micro USB or swapped out with additional REDLITHIUM USB Batteries for virtually no downtime. The Low-Profile Headlamp is covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

The head light is good and low profile assists in 0 clearance scenarios. Milwaukee is proud of all their tool’s as selected by the pricing index. I have phased out Dewalt and other brands over the year’s for Milwaukee tools since they last and most have better RPM/FtLb torgue versus competitor’s products. Still though they don’t have to price themselves out of the ballpark here. 20-35% reduction in pricing will keep them on top and not under value tools, and give their customer’s more bang for the buck. Another way to look at it is that if your customers save on tool A they are more likely to by tool B from you thus increasing your sales acroos the board.

This hard hat is cooler than most with the vents along the top on the front and back, the suspension system is a little itchy to start but does get better after some time. I like the ability to mount a headlight directly to the hat with the provided mount. Overall a good solid purchase for me.

On the high setting this light is very bright. But with 3 settings you can find the one best suited for your situation. I use headlamps like this very often to work on my truck after dark and even during the day when the area I am working is in a low light situation. This light does what it was intended to do and does it well. The rechargeable battery is one of the main reasons for getting this light.You won’t be disappointed.

It would be even better if it used usb C to charge it. Also the battery compartment comes loose from the strap at time not a big deal because it doesn’t happen often but still wish it didn’t. It works really well and most of our crew uses them.
