The Milwaukee USB Rechargeable BEACON Hard Hat Light is powered by REDLITHIUM USB combines exceptional hands-free task lighting with an innovative, BEACON personal safety light. The hard hat light works as a headlamp, delivering up to 600 Lumens of TRUEVIEW High Definition Output with spot and flood beam options. This clip on hard hat light has an elastic strap, silicon grip, includes two unviersal hard hat clips and is compatible with all hardhats. This headlamp performs with over 2,000 recharges and 3X faster charging via USB. The REDLITHIUM USB Battery can be recharged in the light via Micro USB or swapped out with additional REDLITHIUM USB Batteries for virtually no downtime. Milwaukee BOLT full brim vented hard hat is a great design and comfortable personal protection equipment. It has a BOLT reversible headlamp mount which allows for mounting your favorite headlamp for a secure attachment. There slots on the hard hat to carry Four BOLT accessories and two universal accessories. The suspension is ratcheting type for quick adjustment. It also includes a BOLT clip for marker attachment. The sweatband is moisture wicking and provides additional comfort. I’m happy with this order.

Simple installation and use, once you get it OUT OF THE PACKAGING! I love the 4 different settings and multiple tilting locations available. I haven’t had it long enough to say how long the battery lasts after a USB charge

Out of the package, it takes a few minutes to prepare the hat for first use, such as installation of the 4 clips to mount the suspension into the hat itself.The overall strength is very good, however comfort is lacking some on the sides of the suspension. Adjustment is easy and straightforward. The adjustment knob works very well.It does seem to be a dust magnet, however cleaning it is very easy with the smooth surfaces.I did install the 600 lumen LED headlamp to the hat. This brought the level of the hard hat to a wonderful new level.

The Milwaukee BOLT White Type 1 Class C Full Brim Vented Hard Hat offers great protection in a stylish, comfortable, and versatile design. Some assembly required, the bag comes with the shell, the suspension, the headlamp mount, the marker clip, and instructions. Fully assembled, the hard had rides comfortably on the head thanks to the 4 point ratcheting suspension. In addition to the ratcheting sizing, the suspension also features a padded, moisture wicking sweat band for added comfort. The headlamp mount can be mounted to either the front or the back of the hardhat and holds a hard hat headlamp without the elastic band. 6 accessory slots allow for numerous hardhat accessories, from face guards to hearing protection and beyond. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hard hat!

The Milwaukee full brim hard hat is an excellent choice for the professional or someone taking on the occasional project that would like a little dome protection. The hard hat comes with a padded harness inside and little clips for various accessories like a Milwaukee Inkzall or one of their headlamps. Most of the guys I’ve talked to are provided PPE, but I think this would be a worthwhile upgrade from the bottom of the barrel stuff they distribute.

I like my new Milwaukee hard hat, it keeps me protected and cool on the job. The Milwaukee BOLT White Type 1 Class C Full Brim Vented Hard Hat has many additional features such as the headlamp front mount and the pen pencil holder that both come with the hard hat. Head lamp must be purchased separately. The hard hat also has the capability of mounting a face shield to it. The ability to wear your hard hat and use a face shield at the same time is a big safety plus that feels and fits comfortably for extended usage times.
