The MILWAUKEE 29 piece Thunderbolt Black Oxide Drill Bit Set offers convenience and heavy-duty performance on the job site. These drill bits are designed for extreme durability and long life. The Thunderbolt web features a thicker core to provide ultimate strength and protect against side-load breakage. Corrosion resistant coating provides lubricity and resists the corrosion of the tip. A specially designed parabolic flute form clears chips fast, while the 3-Flat Secure-Grip shank holds the drill bit firmly in the drill chuck. The 135° split point tip delivers a precision start and prevents walking for fast, accurate holes. The Milwaukee Thunderbolt Black Oxide bits are effective for drilling on curved surfaces and require less effort to drill through metal, wood, and PVC. The set comes in a resilient case and includes the following bits: 1/16 in., 5/64 in., 3/32 in., 7/64 in., 1/8 in., 9/64 in., 5/32 in., 11/64 in., 3/16 in., 13/64 in., 7/32 in., 15/64 in., 1/4 in., 17/64 in., 9/32 in., 19/64 in., 5/16 in., 21/64 in., 11/32 in., 23/64 in., 3/8 in., 25/64 in., 13/32 in., 27/64 in., 7/16 in., 29/64 in., 15/32 in., 31/64 in., and 1/2 in.

I’ve been using Thunderbolt bits for a couple of years now in wood and metal working, usually 1/4″ – 1/2″ mild steel and galvanized sheet metal along with industrial high torque D handle and M18 cordless drills and have not broken a single one, I only wished you guys had a bit sharpener, would save a ton of grief, I use a bench grinder for that matter but it’s hard to get a good split point with it

these are the best drill bits I have ever purchased!!!!!!!!!!!! They drill right through metal, I just used them to drill out rivets and they saved me a bunch of time.

I saw these on sale, and thought lets see if Milwaukee is really worth the price. It is. I could literally tell the difference as soon as I opened it. From the construction of the case to the bits them selves. Now I face a delema. I just recently upgraded my tools to Rigid. I like them, but now Im wondering if I should have waited and sved up to get Milwaukee tools.

A good set of bits for around the house. The carry case is easy to use and a convenient size. Great for drilling through drywall and similar applications, but do not stand up well to hard materials. Another pain point is the smaller bits can be difficult to get in and out of the case.Owned this product for two years.

I’ve used the titanium drill bits and they have broken less than 3 minutes into the job and the Black Oxide worked amazing. didn’t break or dull.

These bits are amazing. Especially considering the price. I wish our local store still stocked them. You do want to turn them a little slower in steel and oil them. You can apply more force than most bits and get great turnings. They last forever. They wear fast with excessive rpm though.

They work great I use them almost every day for my job.

I use both drills and multitool for some door projects and had no problems and the light is really bright. I haven’t use the other tools but I’m pretty sure they are the same quality.

I went in to buy a few small bits and found the Milwaukee drill set cheaper then the bits. They work very well but are a little hard to remove from the holder.

Review for Milwaukee Black Oxide Drill Bit SetWe have been buying Milwaukee Drill bits for a few years now, and they work pretty well! This is actually our2nd pack of them.Pros: *Sharp *Snap resistant *Inexpensive *Durable*Great case–way better them some other brands’ cases. *They work very well on: wood, thin metal, plastic, and drywall. Cons:*They are not the most rust resistant *Not really a con but most drill bits rust if you forget to dry them off after they get wet * A few of the bits are pretty hard to get out of the case at first:, but they will loosen up after a few uses. All in all, 5 out of 5 Would I recommend these great drill bits? I wouldn’t hesitate! Thanks for reading
