The Milwaukee Shockwave drill bits provide excellent results for the money. We use these to pre drill holes in steel I-Beams in Industrial Buildings to then install self tapping metal screws for our fire extinguisher brackets. They can be used for multiple holes, and tend to keep performing excellently, time after time. An awesome drill bit for the money spent. Best Regards, United Fire Consultants, Knoxville Tennessee.

This bit fits perfectly in my cordless drill chuck. The shaped part that allows the chuck to tighten around the bit stem is more secure way better than just a rounded bit stem. There is no chuck slippage, keeping the bit securely in the chuck and allowing for a secure drilled holes without worrying about that the bit slips in the chuck that can cause the bit to bind into the material being drilled. I was able to drill holes into the thick sheet metal that my tool chest and associated rolling cabinet are constructed of. Which allowed me to mount the tool chest to the top of the tool cabinet securely.

I bought this for a gift for my Hubs. His non titanium drill bit broke. So, all I can say is delivery was fast and the item is packaged very well.

Recently started replacing old worn out bits. I this is now my third drill bit with the Milwaukee brand. I used this bit on a laptop lock and it went through it with no issues what so ever.

For a drill bit this one is easy to center and cuts through 1/4 inch steel plate with ease. Aluminum is no problem at all. Wish Milwaukee would design brad point drill bits in this and other sizes for woodworking.
